Hi everyone, I have not had a chance to read the threads so well done to everyone who has lost and maintained.

I have maintained again but don't know how. I haven't really stuck to the diet this week, been out drinking and done no exercise. So day one from tomorrow and I will lose again next week - hopefully

Hello to everyone. Even though I don't post much I read all the messages and find them very motivating.

I have only lost a pound this week but am trying to see it as a positive as in recent months have been struggling to even maintain my weight let alone lose. It's been really helpful to know that I'd have to report back here today with my weight.

Thanks to everyone who spends time writing messages they really help keep me on track. Have a good week.

A pound is a pound lost and one less on the right track, you keep at it and the pounds will just fall off:j :j :D

Well done jab :T but remember it's not 'just' a lb, it's also a step in the right direction.....

.....dawny Hope you have a better week, although it won't be as enjoyable :D .....

.....:grouphug: loopy as you say 'day1' tomorrow, sometimes these things don't seem to be of such importance, do they? Hope you start to brighten up

    Hi All

Jab ..... I had my second weigh in today and was quite dissapointed that I had only lost 1lb so I know how you feel but it has made me more determined so that next week when I get weighed in it WILL say a 2lb loss.
Remember ....its not a bargain unless you need it :D

Well done to everyone who has lost this week, and thanks to all who have posted their results. :)

The chart is nearly ready, however I'm going to delay posting it until I hear from Rach.

Not had a fabulous day today. Food was Ok all day, took dog for a long walk after work and then cleaned the car inside and out. But, went to Tesco thios evening for some essential bits and bought a pack of raspberry turnovers - one for me and one for the OH. I've had a hard day (no excuse though!) and am premenstrual and there's sometimes just those times when only sugar will do!!
Anyway, day 1 again tomorrow - am thinking of today as a temporary blip.

    Must try harder!!!!!

I had to go to Asda this evening - twice^^ First walkthrough for house, second time for work and I passed the cakes twice as well. Picked up a treacle tart and then put it back on the shelf :D

Who quoted that we could eat from the first three aisles? These contain all the bread *drool* and cakes in Asda at Castleford!
