Who quoted that we could eat from the first three aisles? These contain all the bread *drool* and cakes in Asda at Castleford!

It was me:D but your first three aisles must be laid out differently:confused: because ours is fruit/veg/meat as you go in which are healthy eating freindly, you must have gone in the back way:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

I am going to spend some time today with a list of positive benefits to the weight loss to see if I can generate some enthusiam which in turn will give out some body confidence, let's hope eh:D

Morning Rach!, just mentioning it in here will alert the lovely Lois :) she will make a note and tends to produce the chart, on a Wednesday rather than Mondays.

    Well done:beer:

Not had a fabulous day today. Food was Ok all day, took dog for a long walk after work and then cleaned the car inside and out. But, went to Tesco thios evening for some essential bits and bought a pack of raspberry turnovers - one for me and one for the OH. I've had a hard day (no excuse though!) and am premenstrual and there's sometimes just those times when only sugar will do!!
Anyway, day 1 again tomorrow - am thinking of today as a temporary blip.

    Must try harder!!!!!

I was just about to sort out the 'smacked bottom' but you managed to redeem yourself at the end :D , and in view of the busy day that you had I doubt if you did any harm, but do remember that that 'day 1 tomorrow' is now today. Try and take strength from.....

I had to go to Asda this evening - twice^^ First walkthrough for house, second time for work and I passed the cakes twice as well. Picked up a treacle tart and then put it back on the shelf :D

Well done Eri angelic007zq1.gif, that really is an inspiration to us all :T :T

Morning all. Just a flying visit to welcome Ajax and to send hugs to Loopy - hope you're feeling a little brighter today.

Not had time to come on here much lately and the pages fill so fast. There's no way I'll be able to read all I've missed, so just to compliment the losers, commiserate with the gainers (and maintainers) and say welcome to any and all newbies.

Do all the new members know about the recipe thread? It's well worth a visit - follow the links at post 1.

Me to the rescue :grouphug: :D

Try not to let it get you down, what I tend to do is go and do something I like to do, Starbucks and a paper always helps me.

Keep that smile, dont let it run away :)
