Aw froggy, what's done is done. Just get back on it and think how much you enjoyed the pizza and how that enjoyment is going to last you ages. (I hear that if you REALLY enjoy something then it halves the calories)

... there are a few on tinternet Susie, here's just one. Slimming World does it for you on their site so I don't use any other, therefore can't really vouch for them.

422c54ac15.gifajaxgeezer A lot of folk here are using SW, please stay with us as it's nice to get a man's view on these things, although you will be outnumbered. We like to hear how others cope, or not as the case may be. I like your take on calories :rotfl: is it also right that if you eat something when no one's watching the calories don't count? :D

I wish that I could be the oldest AND wisest....sadly it's not the latter :p but my time will come _party_ wooooh hoooh! Beware!!!!!!!
  • Hi froggy_girl128. Almost everyday is like that for me!! I am usually fine until after lunch and then it is all downhill. I am a regular member of the day 1 club! :rotfl: :rotfl: I will never give up trying though and the weight is coming off even if it is a bit slower than I would like.

... :rotfl: no one has ever told me otherwise. Thanks for the welcome all.

As far as a man's view goes... can't you lot stop blaming everything on star weeks;) (ducks and runs).

You look like a decent bunch, I think I'll stick around :) OK, my story is that in January 2005 I looked like a barrage balloon at 5'11" and 19st 2.5lbs. I joined SW and lost 4st 9.5lb in 2005, then stayed at the same(ish), putting 7lb of that back on up to Nov 2006. That was through lack of motivation and boredom (as a veggie I only have green days to play with). So at the start of Dec 2006 I decided to ditch SW until after Xmas, enjoy the festive season as much as I could then get back on it. Unfortunately I put on a stone and a half in a month. Up until the last couple of weeks I've still lacked the motivation, but have realised that if I want my wedding day (26th May) target to be even remotely achieveable then I have to play properly. I've lost 16lb since rejoining, and have 11.5lb to go to reach my May target..

    Phew! Sorry to bore y'all.

    Welcome AJAX:D

Thanks petrichor and Suggs always brill with the words:D I know what I am going to do now and do what the Erlqueen said and go to Debenhams with a personal shopper on hand and that way it can be taken out of my hands and on to theirs:j I have a very warped image of me and can see no clothes horse but a person that does not know me can see just what they have to work with and there are no emotions involved so I have some money saved and will right down what I need to get through the summer, shorts, skirts etc and see if they can see me differently:eek:

I am off cycling for an hour, get this abdominal flab...GONE!!

Hello to everyone. Even though I don't post much I read all the messages and find them very motivating.

I have only lost a pound this week but am trying to see it as a positive as in recent months have been struggling to even maintain my weight let alone lose. It's been really helpful to know that I'd have to report back here today with my weight.

Thanks to everyone who spends time writing messages they really help keep me on track. Have a good week.
