Well my Day 1 resolve was strengthened when I weighed myself this morning. I've gained a stone since January :-(

Stuck to plan so far today, despite having to cook pizza and chips for kids and their friends and well-meaning hubby pouring me a glass of wine when I came in moaning about work!

Hope you've all had a good day!

[blah blah blah} the thing is, if I'm so b***dy brilliant, why am I still broke?

  • thought you could lose me - well I've found you all!!!

I am still being bad (hanging head in shame - again) and have maintained this week. I think its because I'm off on my hols next week, so as soon as I get back I will be on the straight and narrow. (promise - fingers crossed)

Anyhow, I'll check in to see how you all are doing, but will weigh in in 2 weeks time.

    take care all,

    bb xx

Hi all and welcome all new comers:hello:

Just spent half an hour catching up with all the posts:D

Lois I lost 3lb last week and was chuffed to bits. I'm now under 11 stone and havent been that for at least 2 years....

Then went and had a bad few days. Spent all friday evening in A & E with DS who had hurt his hand at school. Turned out he'd broken it so is now in pot until swelling goes down and then they may have to pin it:eek:
So friday night was chinese at 10pm ish.

Saturday was my birthday and we went out for a fantastic indian where I ate everything in sight and it was gorgeous:D

Sunday I just wanted junk after drink on sat:o

Went back to day one today but dont think I will have maintained which was my aim... will just have to wait til Thursday. Did go to gym today and walked dog this pm for an hour. Meeting a personal trainer tomorrow, she's agreed to work with 3 of as we try to go together and can then spur each other

Ooops have gone on a bit.. promise not to next time:rotfl:

    Wow - you've all done really well - :T

I maintained this week - but I'm pleased with that, especially as I'd not had such a good week as I mentioned earlier. So it's onwards and downwards (as my SW consultant says) this next week.

I'm def gonna write down all that I eat - that way it's easier to resist as I don't want to show off all my bad (eating) habits!
