I was with WW which how I lost all my weight before, but since then I have gone through a divorce, moved area and house twice, now have no money BUT have met up with an old love who is Italian and a REALLY good cook and thinks nowt of chucking olive oil, cream etc into his dishes  . I really need to get going again as I feel sluggish and wobbly0 -

Hi Victory, no i couldn't resist a bit of thread hopping! For easter Sunday we are going to my SIL and she always puts out the exactly the same buffet be it easter or xmas, she buys all the stuff from Tesco and the table is laid out like this.....
 leave the pringles etc and just stick to plenty of vodka and diet coke maybe quietly falling over in the corner after a couple of hours ha ha0 -

I wonder if any experienced dieters can give any advice on what I have eaten today?
I am not sure if its ok?
Breakfast: Porridge - made with 3 egg cups of porridge oats and water. A little semi skimmed milk on top.
Lunch: Large bowl of homemade vegetarian scotch broth. 2 slices wholebread and an apple.
Tea: quorn and sweetpotato stew - Quorn, sweet potato, green pepper, tinned tomatoes, herbs, carrots and turnip.
Yoghurt.
Neither milk or yoghurt were diet versions - using up a few ramining things just now as I am on a tight budget and can't throw out. Will buy diet next time.0 -
It sounds like a fine day Prudent . Why not have some chopped fruit on your porridge to bulk it out a bit further and fill you up for longer. I sometimes have a chopped banana on mine. If you have to have sugar on it, opt for canderel or splenda. Your day sounds like a typical slimming world green day, and your stew sounds lovely - how did you make it?0

I am afraid I just chop things up and throw them in. It is what ever is in the fridge really.
Thanks for the help.0
