Well, I suggest you look at www.entitledto.co.uk .
But really if you married, surely his income would be counted as household income?
I would imagine the following would happen:-
You would not qualify for income support
You would be reassessed for council atx benefit, housing benefit and child tax credit as these are income assessed.
Your then husband may qualify for working tax credits.
Your child benefit would be unchanged
The maintenace would stay the same
If you recieve DLA for your son this would be unchanged.0 -

I knew what you meant lol. I dont think you'b be entitled to your current benefits if you married, even apart there are rules regarding the Army. I know you wouldnt want to uproot your kids, but it could be a brilliant experience for you as a family. My best friend had a rubbish lifestyle a few yrs ago. Then her (then boyfriend) signed up. They got wed and now she lives abroad, has a huge social circle and a nice life. Her hubby has gained qualifications and experiences that he never would have. Her kids love it out there.
If you truly love him, marry him. Love VS Money ? No question of what id pick!!
Goodluck xThe feeling i got when i confirmed my place studying criminology at Exeter Uni was brilliant!!!!!
The pride my children told me they had in me was even better!!!!! # setting positive example to children is OUTSTANDING!!!! !:grouphug::grouphug::smileyhea:smileyhea:smileyhea:smileyhea:smileyhea:smileyhea:smileyhea0 -
If you marry then I.S ceases straight away, you are then no longer a lone parent,
are you a couple now? is your partner the father of your youngest child.
does he have an address of his own whilst on leave??
Questions that may well be asked in regard to your current I.S claim
If you married you would keep CHB and DLA, what rate does your son get if middle rate care or above you can claim Carers Allowance now, if awarded you would keep this as well0 -

If you have a partner and you're serious enough to be considering marriage then you are not a single mother and you are committing fraud if you are declaring that you are.Science adjusts its views based on what's observed.
Faith is the denial of observation, so that belief can be preserved.
