On the other hand I bet she's great at adding up the benefit money and researching how to get everything for nothing.

On the upside, I've just reduced our forecast tax bill by £1k, so that's a bit less of the OP's texting bill I'll be paying. :T

You can claim carers allowance for a 3 year old you can't claim mobility for an under 3 I have had it for my son since 9 months old or an entitlement to it but income was too high x
