Hi, I have received this one today:
"As you have failed to make payment of money owing to car parking partnership (universities), as previously requested, we are starting LEGAL ACTION through the County Court.
Seven days from the date of this letter, we intend to apply for a summons to be issued against you.
YOU SHOULD BE ADVISED THAT:
1) due to court costs and interest, your debt will increase on a daily basis
2) a county court judgement (used as a guide by stores and businesses as a guide for credit worthiness) will be issued
3) if the CCJ I executed, a BAILIFF will attend your property and remove your possessions"
I think its a new one on this thread? It seems to be more threatening, like this WILL happen, and I really don't want a bad credit history! What should I do?0 -

That's not a nice letter to get, but if you want advice on it and what you should do about it, you must start your own thread, otherwise there will be confusion all over the place if every new case just piled in on any old (and I mean old) thread. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Don't worry we can help you fight this, but as Umkomaas says, you do need to start your own thread (and pretty quickly given the 7 day deadline)I'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.0

Hi Channti1993,
My father has received a second application warning letter from PS&P. Just wondering what is your update since Sept 26th 2013, have you received any more letters?
We are also trying to fight back.
Thanks0 -
Please create your own thread instead of bumping old ones. The user has not been here for 3 months
