It is habit getting up at half 6 now, no lie in for me.
Just having a brew - got a busy day planned, although I'm not 100% sure what with. Sorted out the washing, put one load in the WM.
Need to go to town today as my airer broke this week - again. So back to Argos to give it back, then think I'll get one from Wilkos. Also need to go to the bank as they seem to have forgotton I have a £200 overdraft limit and charged me loads of fees for being £25 overdrawn
The weather is really nice, so I'ld like to go somewhere with OH, but I'ld also like to get stuff done here, like the menu plan and shopping. Decisions, decisions.
Have a good one
You wait till it gets lighter still in the summer:eek:
Sorry to hear about your bank - the idiots - hope it gets sortedAn average day in my life:hello: :mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T:rotfl: :rotfl:

ccstar we must live quite close. agree with the car park at aberdour - I refuse to go there when the man is there charging. I pay enough council tax to not pay for the pleasure of parking there in the summer.
the old manor is lovely. my friend had her wedding there....stunning views.
I stay in West Lothian but had to goto Dunfermline - I really don't like town centres, parking restrictions etc - seem to have to rush all the time. I prefer Livingston and it has MacArthur Glen too.
What has happened to Edinburgh? - so many good shops have gone, still the Old Town/Royal Mile is fun to visit and be a tourist:DAn average day in my life:hello: :mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T:rotfl: :rotfl:

And remember it is not MacArthur Glen now it's the Livingston Designer Outlet
Have been reading but not posting for the last few days. Have had the flu since Monday and still feeling rotten. Had nothing to write about because I have had no energy and done hee haw.
Today I had to muster myself out the house to get some food shopping. Hubby was in a panic that we were going to starve .
Stepson is going to school camp on Monday until Friday and we had to go and get a few things for that too. Went to Sports World and got 2 x tracksuit trousers, 3 x t-shirts, 1 x trainers, 1 x sweatshirt, 2 x football socks and 4 x sports socks for £40. All brand names so should last a while. Well providing they make it back in the suitcase next week .
Wouldn't mind a few days in Oban myself.
Well just thought I would pop in and say hello :wave:0 -

Evening all.
Just a quick update on toady, i stayed well clear of the parent at footy, you could tell they were talking about me but im not bothered. DD was a little star aswell and even got an easter egg from the leauge, dont think that went down well with other girls parents!!
And the team won 1-0, which means we are still top of the table!! With only 6 games to go. My dh will be so pleased if we win the leauge in their first season together and his first season as manager.
Other than that had lots of visitors today, all friends not family and have had a nice day, lots of chatting and wine drinking have been done!!!
Catch you all in the morning ,ds1 has 10 oclock ko ( so 9oclock really!!! a hour less sleep arhhhhhhhhhhhhh)

Well the hockey match was a disaster, they lost 4-1, refereeing left a lot to be desired, but in honesty they didn't play well. We came home and cooked the requested scampi and oven chips with frozen peas, dont think that qualifies as OS, but after getting frozen at the pitch side, and it starting to drizzle in the 2nd half, didn't really care. Must admit I called it quits at half time and retired to the club house for a coffee, and watched the rest through the window, I was frozen even though well wrapped up.
They've gone out round town now, bewarned if you are out Pen-pen this birthday seems to have turned into a 4 day event. Getting tired now as was up early, and went to bed late yesterday, but want to watch Question of Sport uncensored, when DH gets back from dropping them off. With the clocks going forward, I may even sleep until a later time tomorrow.
Anyone for a glass of red wine?
