Have sent first template letter on money saving expert and received a list of charges from Natwest. Charges include account maintenance charge/fixed fee, charges for payments by BACS direct debits, cheques and other debits and automated credit charges about 47p-67p per time, account maintenance charges at £2.50-£3.50 every month. Also being charged for payment out - manual, payment out - auto, receipt in - manual, receipt in - auto What I am asking is are these reclaimable charges or not? or are they classed as account service charges or service fees? Please advise as I do not want to claim for these if I end up going to court and they are not reclaimable fees. Any help would be appreciated. thanks.0
