    Hi everyone...

    I successfully claimed my bank charges back from Natwest last year, which was great as I totally didn't expect to win lol :-)

    However since then I have bought a new house (and all the things that go in it lol) and have accumulated a few more bank charges, again from Natwest.

    As it seems to be an ongoing vicious circle that my extra money fro each month seems to pay off these charges, I'm wondering if it's possible to claim the charges I've paid within the last 12 months (i.e. since I moved house). Of course I'd like to but I'm not sure whether I'm allowed.

    Any advice or knowledge on this would be gratefully accepted!!
