What charges you can claim

No, I beleive its only allowed within the past 6 years that you can claim for. (Earliest 2001/02)

No,I basically told them to shove the card where the sun dosen't shine,but I have no doubt that if you wanted to continue to use the card there would be no problems.

Just realised that TJF1969 asked exactly the same question about the same bank as me 18 minutes previously - Spooky! If anyone knows the answer I'm sure TJF1969 as well as myself would be extremely grateful!

I,ve been charged for both of these. Payments unpaid which were charged at £25 each and £30 fee for unauthorised overdraft. Which ones can i claim back?

You can claim both, assuming these are charges for exceeding your overdraft and/or a bounced cheque/direct debit..

Hi and thanks for your reply. I have charges for non payment of Direct Debits and paid referral fees for going over my overdraft.
