    I know this questions has been asked so many times before and im sorry for asking it again!

    Can the following charges be reclaimed back?

    Over draft usage fee
    Over draft Interest
    Unpaid Direct Debit
    Unpaid Standing Order
    Over Draft Excess Fee

    It would be great if someone could tell out of the above list what can and cant be reclaimed.

    i am doing my claim with capital 1 but i dont know what i can ask for, can you claim all interest applied and cash advance fees or just late payment and overlimit fees?

    Definitely not interest, I'm afraid... what's the cash advance fee, a cashpoint charge or something?

    You can claim back:
    - Charge for going into unauthorised overdraft
    - Charge for bounced cheque
    - Charge for unpaid direct debits

  • thats a shame lol thats the reason i have gone over my limit sometimes...yes the cash advance fee is getting money out of the machine, what is contractual interest?

    in total i have got £150 in charges to get, but its money i never thought i'd see again
