  • Hi

Can anyone tell me if it is worth trying to reclaim late payment fees from these guys?
My dd was set up wrong ( for at least 6 months) and they charged £10 per time.

If so, what do I need to do?

    Many Thanks
  • hi,
i sent out 9 letters to credit card companys last week and recieved my first reply today, natwest credit card have sent me a list of charges and added them up to £240 and offered me £106.92 the difference between the 20 the used to charge and the 12 they charge now they said in the letter that this wa0s a good will gesture as i signed the credit agreement commiting to pay the fees stated. what do you guys think is this reasonable?

i have smile account and on the months that i have gone over the overdraft limit i have been charged a daily excess charge and a service charge. can i claim for both of these?

I can't see any response to this question. Does anyone know the answer ?
  • My flat maintenence company has charged me just over £76 for late payment of my maintenence charge. Obviously not being a bank, it can't just take the money, but can I contest it using the same principle as contesting bank's late payment fees? Thanks

Read the forum, its all there
  • I keep getting charges of £28 stating

The charge is based on a service charge of: £28

    Plus Fee of: £15

    Then

    Overdraft Interest to be applied....

often because of this I go over my limit and I'm stuggling to pay off bills resulting in:

    CHG Unpaid items
    ITN to 08 Nov-A/C ********

on my statements. Where do I stand?
