  • that is not a fee that is a standing order that was recalled, ie the standing order sender asked for it not to go out and it was recalled. SC sounds like service charge but without knowing which bank i am not sure what it is for.
I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009

  • I have to be honest and say I am unfamiliar with their terms, it maybe worth posting in the Clydesdale bank thread and I am sure they will confirm what it is.

    Hi,

I have requested my statement of bank charges for the last 6 years from LLoyds TSB, I now have them.

What I would like to know is what charges can I claim back.

    The charges are below

    O/DRAFT INTEREST

    ACCOUNT CHARGE

    O/DRAFT USAGE FEE

    O/DRAFT EXCESS FEE

So in summary which of the charges(above) can I reclaim back from LLoyds TSB

    Thanks

    O/DRAFT INTEREST
O/D interest can only be claimed when the account was over drawn due to the charges. It can be difficult to work out and often not worth the hassle for such a small amount.
    ACCOUNT CHARGE
NO. If you did not agree to this type of account take it up as a seperate issue wiyh them.
    O/DRAFT USAGE FEE
    YES
    O/DRAFT EXCESS FEE
    YES

Are there no other types mentioned ?.
