Dont think you can claim that back if it was an agreed fee for going beyond your limit.
The following is a list of Bank charges that we can and cannot claim for. Different banks may have different names for the same type of charge, if you are unsure about a charge phone your bank and ASK.
CAN BE CLAIMED
Account misuse fee
Cheque return fee
Card misuse fee
Unarranged borrowing fee
Unauthorised overdraft fee
Unpaid DD fee
Unpaid cheque fee
Unpaid standing order fee
Late payment fee (credit cards, store cards, catalogues etc)
Exceeding Authorised Overdraft Limit
Exceeding Unauthorised Overdraft Limit
Direct Debit/Standing Order/Cheque returned fee
Irregular fee
Paid refferal fee
Total charges (HSBC personal accounts only, not business accounts)
CANNOT BE CLAIMED
Cash Machine Withdrawl Fees
Account Service Charges
Service Fee / Annual Fee
Charges related to foreign currency transactions and conversions.
Monthly account fees on certain type of accounts.

Sorry just re-read your question, the o/draft fee was to have an agreed overdraftdraft but nothing to go over the overdraft!! does that make sense???0 -

Have looked at your suggested link, and had seen it before. They all refer to late payment charges rather than missed payments. I sometimes didnt pay anything for 3 months so had missed payments rather than just late.Mortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!0 -
If you paid them eventually surely they are late
just really late. I think you can claim them.

Hi guys, just starting out claiming against Lloyds Tsb.
We have recieved the statments back and i'm going through them ready to input them into the online calculator.
On the statements it says :CHG O/DRAFT INTEREST & CHG O/DRAFT EXCESS FEE both are charged on the 1st of each month.
My question is....do I add them both together and input them or just input the FEE ?
Hope this makes sense.
