This has got to be the LONGEST DAY ever!!!
I hate sitting in the office all day!
I have a dream genie and i do love it, but makes it difficult to change sides during the night, my MW told me to try and sleep on my left as much as poss and that pretty much keeps me in place and supports bump. But as i say to turn over you have to really move about and rearrange the pillow. I do love having it to snuggle tho!
Having a complete heating war with hubby. Hes constantly got it on where as im either a) baking hot or b) trying to sleep (it keeps me awake when it keeps clicking on and off) he turned it on at 1.30am this morning and came to bed!!!! I lost it after no sleep and shouted (probably more of a scream!) and he took himself off to the spare room...im in the doghouse today ha!
No biggie just annoys me and needed a wee rant! Man up its not even that cold!!!!
Oh and im working up to just before 37 weeks think il be 36+5 or something. If alls well and the weather is ok, as soon as there is ice on that ground im loggin in from home! Im currently doing one day a week from home so will see how i go. Would rather work as late as poss to have as much time with bubs as possible.....
Thats my 2pence for the day! Hope alls well!
P.S feels like iv been stuck on number 41 for ages!!!! xxxMarried Hubby 21/03/12...First Bubba due 13/01/130 -
P.P.S movements wise hubbys felt LOADS! Hes been really lucky i think but he does catche lots and bubs does respond to his voice alot, hes always talking (shouting at bump thinking its deaf!) hes fasinated by bump. Its lovely because id rather that that someone not interested at all BUT it drives me crazy when all he wants to do is feel bump etc my belly gets cold! And he has a thing with my now outie belly button URGH i hate it being touched its so sensitive so then he pulls a face and gets the ump with me when i pull away!!!
Had lots of things sticking out latley cant tell if its hands or feet or elbows or what but hes loved feeling it. Makes me feel like i can share more of it when he feels it so much if that makes sense.

Medela Swing Electric Breastpump with Calma in Amazon is £85 at the moment, this includes both the breastpump and the calma teat, which can be used with any Medela bottle or even the one supplied with the breastpump. If you have not used the discount, it would be £10 cheaper with free delivery, if I got it right. I have this one already, bought it from eBay from someone who could not breastfeed, most of the stuff was sealed in its bags. I got this pump, two calma teats with bottles (sealed in box), a pack of freezing bags, shields and replacement parts for £72. But the pump had been opened and sterilized ready for a first use, although it was never used according to the seller. I will sterilize everything again anyway.
Jenjenf21, since I am pregnant I don't feel cold anymore lol. I was usually the one telling DH to put the heating up, but this time is the other way round. I have the baby's room thermometer in our bedroom (the avent bath and room one, £10 in Amazon atm or so), and it is between 20-21 degrees, which should be perfect, but for me it is not at the moment! I have a single duvet in the bedroom, if DH is cold, he can put it on his side of the bed and problem solved
My little one moves a lot but specially when DH is around, as soon as he arrives and starts talking, this one starts elbowing me. DH tells her "do not kick mummy so hard" lol, so cute, but baby ignores that and has a party in there when he is around. I think it might also be because she hears our voices, and when I am on my own she mainly hears the TV lol. A couple of days ago we were both amazed looking at the belly because she was moving for about half an hour non stop, turning, kicking, gently pushing, etc. I do not know what was she doing, but you could see the bump move in all directions with little bits sticking out. Crazy to think there is a person in there doing all that.
I went to Morr and bought a potato salad for tea, which I will have with roasted red cabbage and chicken. Also bought lots of healthy yoghurt/desserts and fruit. I am eyeing the chocolate mousse already. My DH's birthday is this weekend and I will be making Sunday dinner on Sunday, plus going out for a meal with the in-laws on Saturday. I think DH might want Banoffee Pie as birthday cake, so I have a weekend full or food ahead!
I could not find a pumpkin for tonight, DH has gone to Tesco to see if he could find a couple of them. I think I might do an alien face this yearQuit smoking *1st January 2010*

Also Philips AVENT 3-In-1 Steriliser at £40 from £60.
I am thinking of buying a Christmas tree decoration with the baby's name or year and name for each grandparent. Has anyone got any other idea for grandparents' presents at Christmas? Something baby related? I mean, other than a picture of the baby or a mug/calendar with the picture.Quit smoking *1st January 2010*
