YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY RUPS BIG CONGRATULATIONS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Congrats on passing Rups :j
Dizsie, glad all is back to normal
Nephthys, we got the Mini City Jogger double pushchair. Its so easy to manouvre and v light
Emweaver, sorry you're having a bad time of it. Hope things get better for you
Hospital bag, DH did nothing but moan and go on about the fact that I'd not packed my hospital bag while I was on the maternity ward over the weekend. Honestly, he kept going on about it so much I told him to shut the **** up about it in the end. Its not as if he is so incompetent he couldnt bring me a change of clothes and some mags, fgs! Anyway, thats now my next job. Will get both mine and babies sorted, just so I dont have to listen to him whine
OBEM, I recorded it last night while I was at a multiple birth class (which was really good btw), but my Dad called me earlier and said he doesnt think it will be a good idea for me to watch it as its upsetting at one point and he doesnt want me getting myself worried
One thing mentioned at the birth class was washing babies clothes in non-bio. Apparently, its pointless because our clothes and bedding etc arent all washed in it so babies are going to get all the chemicals and whatnots on their skin anyway. What does everyone think of this?:j:T Gorgeous twin girls born 1st Nov 2012 :T:j0 -
I can see your Dad's point about the OBEM programme - there was an upsetting part in it Cake - the non-bio washing powder though, I think it is worth washing their clothes and bedding in it as they are in prolonged contact with those if you think about how often babies sleep, whereas with our clothes, they wouldn't be. You could always use non-bio on your own clothes too.Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.I married Moon 8/4/2011, baby boy born 26/9/2012, Angel Baby Poppy born 8/11/15, Rainbow baby boy born 11/2/20170

yay!!! thanks so much for your lovely wishes and congrats messages. it was a tough one and i was sooo sweaty and nervous. i was lucky to have a normal examiner and when he said he will give me an emergency stop i gasped so he asked me if i was pregnant (err he didnt see clearly) and i said yes and then he said would i have a problem doing it and i said not really as long as it is seen safe. phew. seems like that was the right answer as he said last week when a pregnant woman said she wouldnt do that, they questioned whether she was fit to drive.. so i was a bag of nerves and was very scared of what i was putting bubbas through but the little one was there with me and moving so i felt he/she was supporting me.lol. silly but it felt good. have has a few more movements so am sighing with relief that bubs is ok. poor thing must have gone through the hell with me..
yay dizsie!! glad all is well with you even though you are feeling sick.
hmm families are a hard topic. with me being adopted etc i am not at all close to my biological mum and even though she is an hour away or even less, she wont come to visit.:( its good in a way as some distance is ok. I am also lucky that in laws are lovely so should really cherish them. bless my MIL went to church today to pray for me to pass my test. isnt she sweet?
Sexymouse, i am hoping to be taken to dinner tonight as been moaning to DH about us not spending us time. he is happy too and there is this new italian one nt far but i said we could go there another time, as i am all greasy haired and sweaty (after the test) and would rather go there, when i have had a face wax (yep i m hairy) and hair is all glossy and not yucky. lol. im too tired now so we are going to the local pizza place near us.
i am still in an excitable state..hehe xx

Well done Rups!!
As for families, we have no support there either. I think it's sadly quite common these days.Reduction in daily mortgage interest since October 23 (new mortgage) - £2.36 July 25
% of house owned/% of mortgage paid off. July 25 - 38.82%/31.66%

either families are too interefering/supportive or just not. I know my inlaws mean well and will be around whenever but i hope we get some time with bubba, just me and hubby and bubba at first, then i dont mind.
with our indian relatives, they stay for ages and ages, i am not kidding you.
hmm am getting hungry again. i hope my bubs is ok after feeling the stress of the test.xBecame Mrs H on the 1st of October 2011!!

Hi Ladies,
Have been discussing starting a new FB group with ladies on the 12-24 threads, obviously everyone welcome!
I love the current group and want to stay please, to look at your beautiful babies, but it might be nice to have another group for those of us who still have a bit to go!
xBaby 2b born March 2013! :j:j:j0 -
Sounds like a good idea 2b - it's nice to count down with everyone and share things when you're at similar stages to one another as you can see what is normal and not.Hope you are feeling better today. Did you try any of my "food" suggestions? Hope something helped. xxEnjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.I married Moon 8/4/2011, baby boy born 26/9/2012, Angel Baby Poppy born 8/11/15, Rainbow baby boy born 11/2/20170
