I actually slept for 9 hours straight. When I woke up and saw the time I was amazed, can't believe I didn't even get up for the toilet once. I think my body needed the sleep to recover from the tummy bug. I'm back to being my usual starving hungry self this morning as well.

how exciting littlemoog! i am excited for you too and this weekend we are going to check a car this weekend and am excited. a little Hyundai.

sorry that you didnt sleep well sexymouse. i am the same. kept tossing and turning and then went for a wee. its the tossing and turning around that gets to me and if iturn around too fast, things move in my belly and i actually feel sick.

so am tired as always. am going to a work party today as dh is out too and i can go for a few hours and have a few soft drinks lol.

thanks regarding the advise on conditioners and soap. where do you get soapnuts from then?

Just to let you all know, Lansinoh Nursing Pads are currently on offer at Waitrose for £3.74 if anyone needs to buy some - a bit peeved as I only bought a pack at Mothercare the other day for £4.39 so could've saved a little if I'd waited. Still, they were the cheapest at the time, and it would've been sod's law that I'd have gone into labour early if I'd not bought them.

thanks sexymouse. are these breast pads? sorry am asking an obvious question. lol. i am like that. i end up buying stuff an dthen there will be a huge sale. like you said, better to get stuff rather than not have anything. this weekend i am planning to get some stuff for the hospital bag. yay.:)

Hi all, just a quick one to say scarlett eva was born last night at 11.18pm weighing 7lbs7. Another traumatic birth here ending in a forceps delivery. am hoping to leave hospital later today if possible but may be tomorrow.

Yes Rups they are breast pads - I've not used mine yet, but the newborn group recommended them.
