The cure for pregnancy insomnia? Childbirth.
I seriously got more sleep after I'd had her - even including the newborn night feeds and nappy changes (and eternal pumping till I burnt the motor out) than with the blooming insomnia and SPD and general beached whale experience carrying her!Little miracle born April 2012, 33 weeks gestation and a little toughie!0 -
Can't see the pic honey. Have friend requested you as I think that may be why.
ETA: Yay I can see it now. Moon reckons you should call him Bond as he looks like he's wearing a tuxedo. xxEnjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.I married Moon 8/4/2011, baby boy born 26/9/2012, Angel Baby Poppy born 8/11/15, Rainbow baby boy born 11/2/20170 -

I had my very last midwife appointment today. I need to be at the hospital for 7.45 on Friday morning for my c-section. Getting very excited now at the thought of getting baby cuddles very soon.My opinion is neither copyrighted nor trademarked, and it's price competitive. If you like, I'll trade for one of yours.0

My midwife appointment went well. Everything is spot on and I just need to go back in 2 weeks if I haven't popped. That's my due date!! So just relax and keep doing what I'm doing I guess now.
I'm having a very excited to meet baby night tonight. Had a little period pain before and got really excited. Then realised, I've been having this pain on and off for ages....guess it's nothing then. Ha ha. Ah well, I want him to keep cooking until September anyway.
Maternity leave officially starts next week anyway, I'm just on my hols at the minute - so he can wait till then, then I'll have him out please.Reduction in daily mortgage interest since October 23 (new mortgage) - £2.36 July 25

Good luck for Friday Beany!
That's good that everything is going well twinklieThere are so many people with not long to go now, I wish I was a couple of weeks closer!
I'm getting worse at sleeping. The last couple of nights I've kept DH awake a lot, but last night he said it was worth it as he got a nice kicking from baby (she'd been very quiet all day, so we both appreciated that). I feel horrible as I'm really looking forward to Wednesday next week when the kids go back to school. Then I'll be able to rest up for the last month before baby arrives.
I'm pleased today as the consultant anaesthetist has written clearly in my notes that I need to be given an epidural as early in the labour as possible. This is a relief as I know I won't have to waste energy arguing for it. That's one less thing to worry about!Cross Stitch Cafe member no.800
