Off work with the bad pelvic pain today
this is my 3rd sick day since being pg and I'm now 27 weeks! I feel really awful being off, always feel bad when I have a sick day

Sa-ra-ra-ra - yes please, let us know how you get on. The only thing is, I'll be 34wks when I fly but if they're quite fussy with you I'll get a fit to fly note before hand.
Happy v-day CL!
dizsiebubba - I understand you dont like taking time off but sometimes resting is a good thing. I'd imagine most employers would be very understanding as well, especially when it's not like you do this all the time... hope you feel better soon.
I just can't be bothered today, I'd thought I'd sorted a couple of loose ends last week and both just came back to me. I'm getting very frustrated with uni. Grr..:jBaby girl born 3rd October 2012:j0 -
A girl in work was telling me that her friend called the airline to ask if she needed a fit to fly note and they said no, so she booked a family holiday. When she tried to board (self check-in I think), they wouldn't let her. Her husband and the kids ended up leaving without her and she complained and got another flight a few days later. I'd get a fit note whether you think you'll need it or not.0

Congratulations Griggsy! Also to Vic, congratulations and best wishes to your little boy. Hope he is doing okay.
Good luck to ferrety.
Hugs to Emsbet. I hope you can relax and not stress too much although I understand it is difficult. This is my first pregnancy and I don't have any history but I still worry like mad about every tiny little thing.
To whoever said they were getting a return of morning sickness - me too! I had terrible nausea for practically the whole of the first 12 weeks (although I was never actually sick) and in the past week or so I feel the same again. Every time I sit down to eat dinner I can't face it.
I've been to a local independant shop to get fitted for nursing bra's today. The woman was fab and I've come out with a lovely bra and another one on order. Apparently maternity and nursing bra's are sized completely differently to normal underwired ones so you can't go by your pre-preg size at all and really need to be fitted by someone who knows what they are doing (which Mothercare really don't in my experience). I am huge in the bosom department so was really dreading trying to get something to fit but came away very happy. Cost a bloomin fortune, mind you.0 -
Congrats Griggsy!
Hope Vic and baby are doing ok. And lots of luck to ferrety.
Kitten, hugs for the worry. Hope your appointment comes around quickly tomorrow and everything is ok
Sorry if I have missed anyone

Hope everything is ok Kitten. Good luck for tomorrow and then for next weeks scan.
emsbet - I understand how you feel, and like everyone says you have been a great support to others, so I hope you feel you can unload any worries of your own on everyone.
dizsie - hope you feel better soon.
Happy V-day CL
Had my latest lot of monitoring today and ended up in there for 5 hours as they couldn't get the readings they wanted again. They are concerned she doesn't move enough so I now have to keep a kick movement chart. I just wish Thursday would hurry up as the next scan will give me a better idea what is happening.Cross Stitch Cafe member no.800
