Twinklie great you got some positive news today. Hope bubba makes an appearance on time. In my notes there's a page for writing a few bits for a birthing plan. I'll prob hand write it though, can still write legibly, just!

Bellola glad you got on ok. Don't worry about the weight now. I think if we go for vitK which we prob will we'll do the jab. I'll prob forget to give him the oral one I think it's three doses?

Didn't really get much done today. Think OH has passed his man flu bug to me a bit. Quite croaky and headachy :mad: on the plus he's cookin tea, well stuck pie and chips in the oven. Although he's been stood here wearing his oven gloves transfixed to the tv for quite so,e time so who knows what state it'll be in. Smoke alarm hasn't gone off yet

Got my yearly rheumatologist appt tomorrow. GP has tried to get it sooner but they're chockablock. Think GP is hoping they'll have some advice about these hands. The skin on the inside is looking like its about to break down. It's worrying me that they've been stuck contracted for a week. Shall see what words of wisdom they have

Vic_Rich big hugs to you, I haven't experienced this however my sister was born at 24weeks exactly and is a completely healthy 22 year old.

Will be thinking of you especially tomorrow.

Vic_Rich I was just reading today about a baby delivered early, they took her in but assessed her each day to see whether it was absolutely necessary to c-section. Her little man was delivered at 29 weeks, he came home after a month, and although he does have respiratory check ups he is fine now.

Hugs to anyone else who needs them.

I can't wait to drink raspberry leaf tea, I intend to drink it by the gallon. I am 30 weeks today, and according to the app I downloaded by baby is the size of a cabbage. Let's hope she is prettier than one.

I just ate a whole pineapple minus the prickles obviiusky but it made my tongue bleed ouch. Not be doing that again in a hurry!!!

taadaa lol at your cabbage comment! I've never tried the actual tea. Daft question, does it taste like raspberry? I've just got the capsules which they say you can open and add water. But they're a nasty greeny colour.
RJH hopefully that works! A friend swore drinking pure orange juice sent her into labour. Not usher how much she drank that day or heard anyone else say that. Bit she swears its true!
Kitten I hope you sleep better tonight and dream about nicer things.

Well is better try and sleep as gotta be up at the crack of dawn ready for the hospital at 9.

Lmm yes t does taste like raspberry. Apparently u need to make sure it's raspberry Leaf tea and not just rasberry tea. I got kind from holland and Barrett. Struggled to find it in supermarkets.

Re pineapple. Someone on Facebook was saying u need to eat the core and that's why tinned is no good cos it doesn't have the core. Of corse didn't I eat everything but the silly core lol. Ah well worth a try. Re orange juice. Apparently thins that make u pooh are good for starting labour in general do I can see how this would work. Unfortunately my reflux prohibits such pure juices. The pineaolle is currently working its reflux magic on me!

I can't sleep! been awake since 1am - this is startting to be a regular thing now....

Got hungry too so ate a penguin biscuit. I haven't had one in years and it was totally yummy! i think they are very underated!

RJH surely just a large dose of senna would do the trick? or lots of dried fruit? I'm not a fan of fruit teas, but I might open a capsule and have a go.
MMM penguins are totally lush! Had my first one for years at the antenatal class. Why aren't you sleeping? Are you worrying about something?.....well apart from we're due a baby in four weeks! :eek:
3am is my 'normal' waking up with heartburn/needing wee time until about 5-6 then I go back to sleep. But I just woke now and can hear a helicopter not too close by, but it's not going away and I have an overactive imagination.

Should try and sleep for another hour or so before I need to get up.
