    Hi everyone,

    I'm back and all happy.

The little one was perfect (well the lady said normal but I've heard PERFECT :rotfl:). Reading the notes I can see that I have anterior placenta. Not sure if I should google this or not but if the lady said it alright, then I will not worry.

Also my dates are not that accurate as now the little one is 2 days ahead than my EDD (it should be 26-12-2012 and that is 100% what I thought it will be as I now when I've ovulated).

Now the gender....the lady check and double checked and on my notes says that genitalia appears female (95% accuracy) :j:j:j. We are both really, really, really happy :D.

Oh, last night my mum and hubby felt the baby kicking. It's amaizing. My OH can't stop smiling now, especially as he was able to feel her again in the morning. Can't believe that from small pulse like movements (last week), now I can feel proper kicks.

    Really happy :D:D:D.

Off to buy the first baby clothes as hubby is off today.

    Sooooo,

Rups make sure that you aren't using scented pantyliners, wipes or shower gel etc down there, as they can irritate and cause a burning sensation too.

ETA: glad to hear all went well at the scan Aida - congratulations on team pink!
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

    Hi All!

I can't remember who asked about the free bottle but mine was from the Avent due date club, which I think you get automatically asked to sign up to when you join Emma's diary online. It just appeared with no warning when I was about 20 weeks (ish) I think. :j

Yesterday OH and I went to Hyde Park to watch the triathlon, then when we got home I was walking super slowly and when I sat on the sofa it felt as if I was never getting up again! I think I may have slightly overdone it (on feet from 9:30 until 4:30, when I haven't done anything for 2 weeks!) !! :o

Based on that, today I intend to do very little! Haha!

    Hope everyone else is well,
    Love love!

My denti under bump skirt digs in now he dropped. I've got the same problem at the moment too rj - my over bump yoga-style trousers that I was living in before now constantly fall down and end up under my bump or pulling my knickers down - I literally only have to walk about 10 steps before I'm hoiking them up again! Plus they've always been too long, so I've had to roll them up at the bottom, and that falls down too, so I must look very funny pulling them up at the top constantly and rolling up the bottoms too. I've found jersey maxi dresses the way to go now as they can't fall down or ride up! lol The one I got in Tesco the other day was only £16 if you wanted to invest (non-maternity as well so can be worn after the birth too).

Aida, congrats! Nothing to worry about with the anterior placenta, it just means it's on the front of your bump rather than on the back (can make the movements harder to feel, but in my case baby just kicks sideways!). I don't think there's anything special they need to do with it except if you have a caesar they need to know so they can avoid cutting it.
