I had my breastfeeding workshop today. Was really informative. And a lady brought in her baby, he was 3 and a half months. She came to share her breastfeeding experience with us. Her little man was gorgeous! What with seeing him and my uni friend having her man I want mine now! Am so excited to find out whether it's a boy or girl. Would love to hang on til September because of schooling but as soon as it's 1st Sept baby can come!

Evening everyone, have been reading the last few days and forgotten everything thats been said! Hope everyones ok, congrats Sillymoo.

Had my 24 wk scan on Thursday. All is going well, babies are good sizes and were both head down at the start of the scan. While she was measuring them, twin 2 decided she didnt like being scanned (the sonographer was pressing quite hard though) and moved to tranverse! Im pretty sure they are both back to head down now though, having lots of punches into my bladder and cervix. Keep making my OH nervous with all the jumping Im doing in shock!

Picked up the carpet for nursery yesterday, just need to get OH to actually carry on with the decorating he started 2 weeks ago now

I thought of you yesterday Rups, was out shopping and I was in so much pain in my lower right side. Got worse by the minute and was walking hunched a bit to my right as that seemed to ease it. I can only assume twin 1 was pressing on something or I was stretching more than normal. Lots better today, just a slight aching. I was moving around more than normal yesterday so maybe Im just not used to it!

Have just jumped on quickly to announce the safe arrival of my baby! Daniel William born yesterday, Thursday 2nd August at 2.30pm, weighing 9lbs 6ozs.

Congratulations Chrissy! What a lovely name too. Hope you and your new family are doing well.

I've just ordered our wall stickers from Toys R Us with the 20% off code that Nutella posted - thank you for this. I've done the click and collect so I'm hoping they'll be ready to collect tomorrow. Also spotted a couple of ads on freecycle for baby bits, so hope I get them and can collect them tomorrow too.

Slept for quite a long time this afternoon, so hope I sleep well tonight. No childminding now until Wednesday next week, and then I'm only doing that day and Thursday and that's it for the summer. Bit disappointed that I won't be earning any more than that, as had originally been told it would be 4 days a week for the whole holidays and I was relying on that income somewhat, but they're going away on holiday for 3 weeks now.

Bump seems to be getting huge! I can't believe that I've still got 7 weeks to get even bigger still! My plan to write my birth plan today and fill out my SMA application went out the window due to my sleep so will need to get those done in the next couple of days in case baby comes earlier than expected.
