Snowy Glad that you're doctor listened to you. Hopefully if you're not sleeping well at night you're now have be able to nap a bit in the day and not be so tired. I know at first I felt very lonely and lost being at home all day, wondering what to do with myself. I know you already have a little one, but I found it easy to hide indoors a lot. Sound like your work are supportive though and aren't going to rush you into coming back. Might be a nice time to do some things you enjoy too?:j Baby boy arrived 22nd August 2012 :j

Afternoon ladies
This is just a flying visit to say I popped on 17 June and had my LO a few days early! Been manic since and had no time to read back. Though I am never the most prolific poster, I have missed this thread and just wanted to say thanks to all of those who do contribute on a regular basis as it certainly gave me lots of comfort reading along and helped me prepare!
Take care, congratulations to those who have also popped and labour vibes to those playing the waiting game.

Afternoon ladies
Fingers crossed this turns into the real thing AMC, and you avoid any further interventionAnd big crampy labour vibes to you Clarissa
I had a morning of meetings today which was hard to concentrate through as Beanie has been so much more wiggly the last few days (or I can feel it more!). Not sure if they've changed position, or it's just that they're getting bigger, but I had to go to the loo twice in a 1 hour meeting due to being kicked in the bladder! :rotfl:
I've given myself a big kick up the butt this week to try and get organised with food/exercise/housework as I've let everything slide for the last few months.Have been ploughing through the laundry basket while I can dry it outside though, and planning each day's dinner the night before and actually doing the washing up. DH is even being surprisingly helpful
Swimming tonight, and DH is making curry for dinner, nom nom nom.
Big spring clean at the weekend as our landlord's coming for his annual visit next week  I may also wash the nappies and baby clothes we already have and pack them away in a holdall until we get some storage sorted out. They're all sat around in bags and boxes collecting dust just now! Also want to go to MK and get measured at Bravissimo as my bras are starting to get tight again, and I want to look at the cots in john lewis too. Also have £50 of advantage card points, so will try and use them during the Boots baby event.I'll be exhausted come Monday!
Rups, I think you were mentioning about bra fittings - I know you already know about Bravissimo, but I can't big them up enough for larger chested ladies - they do have a range of soft cup and nursing bras, and I certainly won't be getting fitted in Mothercare, I'll get my size checked at Bravissimo and buy one from there and then order the rest from Figleaves (like I do with all my bras!) I'm still wearing underwires though, I just check the imprints aren't pressing on my breast tissue every few evenings. Not intending to go into soft cup bras til the last minute if I can help it.Little monkey born November 2012:jFroglet due March 20160 -
Congratulations Lixi. :0)
Thanks littlemoog. i totally agree with you. i always go there for my normal bras and dont know what possessed me to go to mothercare and measured weirdly there? i def am going back there. dont they say though not to wear underwiring as they interfere with the milk ducts or something?Became Mrs H on the 1st of October 2011!!
