My boobs didn't leak before DD, they did after she was born. I remember some mornings my t-shirt was soaking. My DH almost fell over laughing when I got out of the shower once and they started leaking- I initially couldn't work out where the water was dripping from and DH was too weak with laughter to tell me!!!:rotfl:

It pretty much stops after a while, but then if I feed DD on my right boob first then my left will leak, but not the other way round?? :p

Seen the midwife this morning and my glucose levels are slightly high so they had to take blood (just the 3 attempts this time - useless!) and said they'll call me if they want me back in for whatever reason.

Next appointment is 2 weeks and then my anti-d in 5 weeks and my whooping cough around then as well. Got my dates for anti-natal classes and they're 10am - noon, do these people not accomodate for working people at all? I know I'm entitled to time off but it seems like a bit of a red neck to take a half day 4 mondays in a row!

I no longer have ankles or feet, just 2 fluid filled balloons at the end of each leg :( Even my flip flops are getting uncomfortable!

I didn't go to any anti-natal classes as it was two long days and I had uni work to do. Another baby website has had online information sessions so I've been reading them and I'm sure it'll be fine on the day.

I'd quite like to go to them though and I think my OH would as well. I've been around babies quite a lot but it's been 16 years since he was properly around one so it'd be nice to go.

Luckily another woman in my office is pregnant (14 weeks) and she's a manager so I'm not likely to get any hassle for it.

My antenatal classes were cringey, we have to write from A to Z things that we could do at home to help with the birth eg, b=bath. Can you imagine then having to go through all 26 letters and discuss! Safe to say we didn't go to the other two, my oh asked for my car keys to go to the toilet ;) I'd have followed him if it wasn't my normal midwife sat at the front taking the classes lol! :) I think you can read enough online nowadays, my oh hadn't even held a baby before ours but he soon learnt when he arrived! :) but if you really want to go I wish you luck , hopefully yours will be informative and not like school with cringey icebreakers lol :)

Had scan this morning just to check growth and everything is perfect and as it should be, and we checked....it is still a blue one!

He looked massive on the scan compared to the 20 week one, was amazing :)

Blood tests are all normal now too so don't have to be used as a pin cushion every week from now own, just another scan for 36 weeks just to check everything!

Only thing they found was leucocytes in my wee - anyone else had this? Dr said they send it off for testing but may mean a small infection which I will just need antibiotics for

Just sat here writing this while bump id wriggling and belly is poking out looking like an alien lifeform lol - loving being pregnant!
New first time mummy to a gorgeous little boy!

    Hi ya

Thanks so much for the Moses basket info. Will check back on tescos, mothercare and kiddie care, thank you.

Glad the scan went ok nikkiann

Claree, sorry you're a pin cushion again

Bigbird, poor you with such swollen feet, atleast it's not the winter and you're not trying to squeeze your feet into boots etc

Been to my friends this morning, there were 4 babies there, felt v much like a crèche. Didnt stay too long. Just sitting at home now, roo is playing, feel really lazy and that I should be doing something to fill my time, but it's pretty windy and cold out. Hate the afternoons, really struggle finding things to do.

Oh that reminds me of the first time I went out after eldest was born, I was walking along pushing the buggy, thought I looked fab but felt cold down my front, glanced down and discovered 2 rivers running down my front!!!! I nearly died! Of course it was a nice day so I had a very light jacket that didn't actually close over my enlarged chesticles...... :rotfl:

BigBird - hope the feet go down a bit for you, although it is a very good reason to try to sit with them up for a while.

Claree - I have gestational diabetes and am a human pin cushion as well! I know its a bit obvious but make sure you are well hydrated if they need to get a blood sample from you, it makes the veins much easier to find (although I know the glucose ones are usually fasting so its a right pain) Hopefully the glucose tests will come back clear.

I've been to my sisters for a wee spot of waxing this morning (its our mums graduation on Saturday so we're getting spruced up!) she hasn't seen me in a couple of weeks and was amazed at size of bump, its suddenly sprouted! I was sitting earlier and tummy was wriggling like mad so tried to film it, as soon as I turned the camera on he stopped moving!!!
