*delurks, siddles in and waves* hi, thought I'd be brave and come say hello! I have been stalking, i mean, reading in here for a few months and feel like I know everyone! I've now reached 13+4 and thought it was high time I said hi.

CL - that's great news - glad all was ok. Must confess I had popped in to see if you had posted and to see how it went.

Hope everyone is doing ok and I will try and post more than I usually do!

    *runs away and relurks*

The thread is moving fast today!

Rups I have to agree with everyone else, I thought 'oh no' when you said about the doppler :D I know how hard it is not to be anxious after loss, I had three in a row before this pregnancy, and I've never felt the same ease this time as I felt when pregnant with my kids. Having said that though you still need to enjoy the pregnancy a little bit at least. If you have it in your mind to worry you may never stop. Even once you start feeling movements there will be lots of times when things are less active, and if you have it in your mind to be panicky you could start to worry too easily about that.

CL I'm glad it went well for you.

Happy 24 weeks Little Moog :)

Carrie - sorry to hear about your grandad, hope you are coping ok.

OK maybe there's something in this 'sugary' idea - just ate a chocolate and the party has started again - lots of kicks!

    Afternoon All :)

34 + 1 today and starting to feel excited and want to start getting ready now(nesting i guess).
OH and I sorted out the little built in cupboard in our room yesterday and put a rail up for all the tiny clothes we have so I can start washing them tomorrow.

just taken me an hr to catch up and have still forgotten who has done what.

I have just finished my morning shift at work and now resting at home before going back later for the evening. Last day next weds :j then 1wk holiday and mat leave.

Ohhhh, its exciting to hear about all those labour vibes and good luck to all of you especially if your early. I have met alot of people lately that have been or know people who have been 5wks early so it does happen but on here it seems everyones late instead

I am still jelous of those of you having growth scans as i havnt seen lo since 20 +2 and its really frustrating especially as im ready for a dd and know it could still be a ds as the 20wk scan isnt allways acurate enough. I would never have changed anything if not a dd but having been brought up by dad and living with him, brother and OH it would be nice to have a dd in the family.

I didnt have the bloods for downs when offered as I have huge fear of needles and knew i wouldnt go through with further testing and not sure i could have gone through an ab either so OH and I decided to leave it and take our chances as thier is no apparent reason for anything to be wrong. scans have all been clear too.

Rups - I had a ciatica type pain in my left leg before i knew i was pergnant and that continued for 4mths and very painful and now the same leg gets alot of cramp and when in bed it feels somewhere between pins and needles and a dead leg feeling and is highly uncomfortable. Thankfully this has been my only problem through out but as others have said it is annoying, it gets you down but its going to be a long pregnancy for you if you dont try and relax a bit.

enough of my long post, will catch up tomorrow sometime.

Oh almost forgot Best wishes Twinkle come back soon
Good Luck and Best Wishes to all currently having signs of first labour stages.

Big hugs and labour vibes to all who need or want them xx

Thanks for the best wishes ladies, I'm nervous about leaving you all. It's like my little support network is being pulled away from me. :( But I get to live with my DH again so it's all worth it. :D

Did all my jobs up town, am now very tired and am hungry. Unfortunately I've been trying to eat everything in the house to get it used up, so there isn't a lot left. We are on take out tonight so no washing up (shame that....:rotfl:).
