I bought a dress for a posh party and another for a wedding when I was pregnant with DD, now I'm pregnant again I can wear them again. I didn't pay £60 or even £50 for them. One is from Jojo Maman Bebe and the other was Asos I think. I'm been invited to a wedding in August so I can wear one of them again.

I'd look around there are some nice dresses around, I found Asos was quite good, but the sizes vary greatly I could get in some 12, but others I needed 14, whereas some 12s and 14s were huge!

I worn small heels as I didn't want to look frumpy, but I took some flats just in case as well!
    Got married 13/11/10 :)
    DD1 born 25/03/12 :D
    DD2 born 28/11/13 :D

Next have a maternity section on the clearance section on their website.
There are usually a few nice things to be found on there.

Oooh don't talk to me about dresses, I literally have 4 that fit and that is all I can wear at the moment!!!! They're going to be burnt afterward I think, I'm already sick of the sight of them and I still have atleast 4 weeks left of wearing them!!!

Went to see the midwife today, am not diabetic, my measurements are the same as last week, they don't think it's fluid so won't be sent for a scan I'm just having a big baby! But I can still go to the midwife led unit like I was after. So all good news apart from the big baby bit. But I'm glad I don't have to keep going to the hospital or Drs now. Back has been a bit better, have dug my ball out and am sitting/bouncing on that whilst doing my assignment. Have another due in 4 weeks time on my due date!!!! Do best get that done sharpish too, just in case. I can't believe how many Braxton hicks I get now, they don't hurt I'm just aware of my stomach tightening, but it's really often! Right best get on with my assignment instead of chatting, hope you're all ok. Baby vibes saffa!

I know a couple of people mentioned the Ikea chairs that bounce, but they are still a bit big I think, so was thinking about something like this:

    http://www.ikea.com/gb/en/catalog/products/80023494/
    :)

I tried that chair in store 2 weeks ago - it was hard as rock at the back - so try before you buy if you are thinking of it!

I also have a huge beanbag (Bizarre Bag I think its called) - it is so comfy I can sleep in it - but when upright it doesn't actually take up that much space (only when you sit in it!).

I am lucky also with the midwives in my area - they are very much up for home births - in fact I think the midwife I saw was getting quite excited at the prospect! As for the mess - isn't that what we have OHs for??!!!:rotfl:They are coming to my hosue at 38 weeks to see if it is suitable for a homebirth - I hope my renovations are finished by then!!!

I think the midwives help clean up - but if you have a pool liner or a liner on the floor/bed (wherever you intend on "delivering"!) - you can just gather it all up! (or rather I am planning on getting my OH to! Haha!!!:D).

The homebirth is only a plan - and nothing goes to plan really does it - so I am half expecting to go to hospital!

I was literally sick at the sight of mine. I came across this one dress the other day that I wore a lot when I was pregnant. Just the sight of it made me feel really nauseous as all those memories of morning sickness came flooding back :D

Good morning! Congrats Helen :-) apologies to anyone else I have missed - phone and broadband issues. You don't realise how dependent on them you are til you don't have it.
Hope everyone is well. Up and early here. Had a really good nights sleep. Lots of cleaning and ironing to do today. My house is a tip. That's the one downside of the good weather, I'd rather be outside than doing housework.
I'm looking forward to being back in my regular clothes, although I have to admit to still wearing my usual jeans with a hair bobble around the button. I just wear them under my bump. Big loose clothing just makes me feel slobby. I've also been lucky to only put on weight at my bump. My maternity swimsuit is still a bit baggy on
    me!
    Fingers crossed for you Saffa.
Take care all. My ironing awaits!!! XX

Morning ladies. Another one signing into the "sick of wearing the same clothes" club. I have 1 pair of work trousers, 1 pair of jeans, 2 long sleeve t-shirts, 2 short sleeve t-shirts and maybe 2 dresses I can still wear. I still have 4 months to go :|
