We all say that... I ended up co-sleeping for 4 years with DD3 lol

Some won't settle in with parents anyway but if it is the only way to get some sleep you do it.

4 years!!! Need to start being more forceful with DS lol he is 7months now and quite happily settles down in the middle of us without cuddles now but not for long in his cot.. :o

He tends to sleep in it for a few hours if we put him in it but wakes up in the night and wont settle back unless we bring him in bed...if we just stick him in the middle of us I know I won't be woke up till 7-8am!! :D

I have to admit as much as I'd rather sleep till 10-11 its nice waking up to a smiley face pulling at OH's ears or patting his head....its always him never me. :rotfl:

I went into h&m on Saturday and bought one of their nursing bras because I have grown out of all the maternity ones I bought at 12 weeks, and I spent ages queuing up to buy it and got to the front and the cashier said to me that I didn't have to queue because I am pregnant and next time I should just go straight to the front! Has anyone else heard of this? She said it applies to all shops but I have never heard it before :-/ I would feel so rude just walking to the front lol.

Thats aload of crap no offense. :D You never know it might be H&M's poilcy but its not the normal by far. I think I'd be abit gobsmacked if someone walked past all my customers and said im pregnat you need to serve me first. :o

I could understand nipping to the front of a toilet queue but not in a shop lol :rotfl:

Has anyone come across/used a website like this before?
    http://www.hireexpectations.co.uk/dresses

They tweeted me after I'd mentioned maternity dresses for a wedding and it seems like a really good deal. They'll send you 2 dresses (one your size and a "back up" size - you pick smaller or larger) for 5 or 10 days and then you send it back to them. £10 postage to get to you but postage back is included.

I grudge paying out for a dress I'm going to wear once but this way I could get a really nice dress for the same price...what d'you think?

Idk some of them are nice but £50 (at first look) + £10 postage = £60.00....You could pick up some pretty fab dresses for that amount and be able to resell/reuse if you get pregnact again.

Plus you'd probally be looking at alot heafy fine if something happened to it, bare in mind this probally wouldn't be a new dress but one thats been worn quite a few times by someone as well..

I guess its a risk but it depends if youd be happy with a £60 dress or a nicer looking one(depending where you shop) that you have to give back?

I would not of thought it very MSE's to rent a dress for £60 as well :-)

    That's why I love this place - 2nd opinions :D

    I just got an email back from the agency I work for after I told him about my maternity leave;

"Thanks for the notification. I have passed this to the relevant department and they will reach out to you with the information you require and will help assist setting this up.

If I can help further, don’t hesitate in contacting me."

How dry can you get? I'm not asking for cartwheels but a wee congrats wouldn't go a miss!:rotfl:

Re: dress to wear to a wedding - I am going to two weddings in May, and one in July (after baby has been born, but figure I'll still be fat :D), so have bought one dress for all three from seraphine.com I'm really pleased with it.

Just need some shoes now... I usually wear very high heels to weddings, but I can just see myself toppling over in them, so might invest in some flats (will look like a dumpling) or maybe wedges.

What a gorgeous day today is!
Took a walk, right around the village... probably not the best idea as my ankles are rather swollen so I had to keep stopping because of the pain in them but it was lovely to be out enjoying the sunshine.

Anything to try and encourage the little one out... getting the distinct feeling baby wants to share Granny's birthday and arrive tomorrow!
