Good luck with all the scans and hope over due babies put an appearance in soon!

Bought stretchmark lotion & pantyliners yesterday, I am now a bonafide pregnant woman I think :rotfl: Very tired, can't believe it's only Tuesday and I'm at college tonight after work, sob!

He is nothing but a PITA and mean about the baby so I don't see why he should get to be part of the pregnancy.

I can't decide if I am hormonal or just a crazy person or if I am as justified in my feelings as I think I am..

FWIW, I think you're perfectly justified in how you're feeling. You didn't make this baby by yourself. He needs to man up and take responsibility for his actions and start being more supportive. I'd like to come round your house and give him a poke with a sharp stick!

Congrats on another boy Courgette. And good luck with your scan on Thursday MV.

Big labour vibes for you Chonorla and Saffa, hope your babies don't keep you waiting too much longer.

I'm not sure what Braxton Hicks feel like, snozberry. I thought I didn't have any when I was pregnant with DS, but the MW was convinced I had one whilst she was measuring my bump at one appointment - I didn't feel a thing. Yesterday a couple of times I had crampy feelings that came and went quite quickly and made my bump feel quite tight, but I'm not sure if those were braxton hicks.

As for me, people I don't know so well have now started to ask when the baby is due so I've obviously reached the stage of looking properly pregnant, rather than just fat :o And I have given up trying to put socks on, so we'd better not have any more cold snaps.

I suppose I should look pregnant at 31+5 though :o Can't believe how quickly it's going! It'll be time to start glugging the raspberry leaf tea soon.

My hips are a bit buggered though. I don't think it's SPD, they are just not coping well with the extra weight and having to lug a hefty toddler around as well. They are quite bad at the mo as we've just had a week off so there was a lot of toddler-lugging going on. I'm actually quite glad to be back at work today, so I can just sit at my desk and have a bit of peace and quiet :)

Though I just worked out that I only have 6 more weeks of work left and that's a bit scary!

    Morning everyone!

Missymoo, have you tried eBay for something cheap and cheerful? Could sell on again after? I'm having the same problem, think maybe its having two close together? That's the excuse I'm using anyway, though DH says I'm the same size I know its not true.

Oh Claree, feel for you I know I wouldn't have the energy, I'm just glad I've finished work already, lazy really with about 14weeks to go but 6 weeks holiday to use up!

Hope everyone else is having a good morning!

Urgh I am so jealous. I'm a temp, so I don't have any holidays to take and don't accrue them when I'm off so I plan to finish up 4 weeks before DD but might change it to 6...we'll see :D

College finishes on 17th May so not too long to go!

Not long for college, you'll prob be surprised how much of a difference that makes, it will come round quickly!! I was at college full time till 8.5 months with my first then worked up till 2 weeks before my due date with my second so reckon im allowed to be lazy this time :rotfl:if i can be with a 15 month DS to look after! Not mentioning DD, DH and the dog, cant decide whos the most work actually, could ring work and ask to pop back for a rest!!

*Bigbird*: My hips are stuffed as well but they only hurt on the outside. I honestly think that it is the extra weight that are making them hurt.

My hands are also stuffed. I have carpal tunnel in both hands/wrists and I can honestly say that I would rather go through the first trimester morning sickness again then have my my hands/wrists feel they way they do. It's hard work to squeeze toothpaste out of the tube! I can't wait for it to bog off.

I have also gone up a shoe size and my freckles seem more pronounced. In fact, I have just gone back to work after having two weeks off and colleagues thought that I had gone away because my skin is a lot darker.

Jeez, I feel like moaning min today!

Thanks for describing your braxton hicks. My bump was hurting on the top the other day but I just don't have anything to compare it against.

He was worse with the last one!! He is actually being pretty good about the difficulties I am having walking and actually took the vacuum cleaner out of my hand a few minutes ago so he isn't all bad.
