Chonorla I think u should try a really hard doggy style shag! As I'm sure this brought ds2 labour , did it in the morning baby out at 5.30 and I was 12 days over. Just grin and bear it lol x
Saying that I have only done the deed about twice in the last 2/3 months, dh did say yesterday he can't wait for a shag!!! Men !!!
If you don't have ur induction til Tuesday, my baby will be out!!
Claretsgirl welcome back xxx
Missymoo does it say ne thing on your notes , mine say ceph , and ne.
last time i went , usually they put it down in you book ,0 -
I know - I think that is what helped my DD on her way. DTD once the night before and then very early morning before DH went to work and my waters broke half an hour later. DD was with us a couple of hours later, just 2 days overdue. I think I may have to grin and bear it
Every little bit helps :rotfl:
My notes say 4/5 eng = which when I asked basically means baby is head down but can still move out of this position as its just floating above the pelvis? Thats as far as any of mine get.

Nothing like direct advice, here's hoping Chonorla!
I'm hitting that uncomfy point now, just not room for the baby any more, right under my ribs and only now really getting demon acid reflux. It think that means I'm quite a way off as no sign of baby dropping. Made it on our 200 mile journey without any probs.
Nice to see you back Claretsgirl.x0 -
Thanks, need to check my notes, I don't know if she wrote anuthing as she was too worried about sorting out my glucose test etc. contemplating getting out of bed, getting dressed and going out to the car to get my notes, but I'm not sure I can be bothered.... Might wait until the morning.
I can't remember who it was sorry, but Braxton hicks I'm sure I must have had in my first pregnancy as I pretty much went term but I don't really remember having them, but I think each person is different.0 -

:rotfl:. Just sent DH for my curry, he will think its xmas if he gets afters too
As for the heartburn  Still eating Rennies by the packet too. Lying on your left side helps too - bit of advice a friend gave me and it does seem to help.
missymoo - I don't recall having BH in any of my other 3 pregnancies if that makes you feel any better. (I did have them but did not feel them or was not aware) But I have had proper fierce ones with this baby. I even had them that strong on my 20 week scan that I had to go and walk around twice to ease them and they had squashed baby that much they couldn't see him at all!! They are sometimes quite breath taking they are that tight and can make my stomach quite sore if they go on for a while.

Im still eating rennies aswell, its waking me up in the night, god knows how much money ive spent on rennies, i always sleep on my left side and doesnt help me :-(
Braxton hicks , i dont remember them last two times but this time ive had them sooooo much and they have been very painful and intense, they actually keep me awake .
Going bed now
Nighty night x0 -
Oh dear, I'm awake as toddler was up crying. But I now can't get back to sleep and he's snoring sounding. I've just googled excess fluid around the baby and really wish I hadn't, it can be lots of issues with me or the baby apparently, but I'm
Not going to know if it's that or diabetes until atleast middle/end of next week, so I've got bloody ages to worry nownot a happy bunny. When something goes not quite to plan in pregnancy you always worry you e done something wrong don't you. I think I'm most worried as I had a v straight forward almost on time pregnancy last time, with a 7lb baby, so can't really figure out what I'm doing differently this time. Wish I could go to sleep and stop worrying

Good morning all. Miserable, wet day here today.
Hope everyone is ok. I'm just going to have a relaxing day, clean out the animals and indulge in cuddles (animal ones). OH has gone to work until Friday so there's just me and DD1 for the next couple of days.
Helen4891, straight to the point but I found it was the only thing that worked for me previously. Lol.
Chonorla, fingers crossed for you. If nothing doing hope you enjoyed the curry anyway. :-)
missymoo81, please try not to worry (easier said than done I know). Given the news I got from the hospital a few days ago was the worst you could expect to get for them to be proved completely wrong was something I cannot quite comprehend even now. Needless to say this will be taken further at a more appropriate time. Have faith and your baby will be with you soon.
Take care all. XXX0
