Niknok no it doesn't necessarily run in families. I was six weeks early, my sister 4 and my brother 2. My sisters babies were 11 weeks and 2 and a half weeks early and my first was born at 39 +4, so don't worry!0

Thanks dizzi and Missymoo. I was starting to get a bit paranoid about her coming early. Would like to make t to 37 weeks!DFW - Feb 2016 £19k

Does anybody know how true it is about premie deliveries being inherited? My mum had me at 34 + 6 and my sister at 36 weeks.
Babys room is all sorted and ready and looks lovely.
Hospital bag nearly ready but does anybody have any advice on the best nursing bras to buy? I still need a nightie/pjs and nursing bras/pjs!

OH was 3 weeks early mine all arrived between 30-37 weeks bar 1 who was 40+3 ...LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
Just a quick one to say it's Real Nappy Week this week, so if anyone was thinking of trying reusable nappies, there are loads of discounts this whole week, so now would be the time to buy!The frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.0

Just been into the city for an hour or so and god I can't nip about like I used to. I was walking about for maybe an hour and came over all dizzy! Really can't walk very fast now either. Really am struggling with this pregnancy, just to do normal things, but still 5 weeks to go!!!0
-
Missy.. you should keep small snacks in your bag .. often those dizzy spells after activity are caused by low blood sugar which a small snack can get rid of quickly. Not walking as fast as normal at 35 weeks is not an issue.. you will soon be bobbing about at a reasonable pace..LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0

You're right pigpen I should, I find I feel crap after eating a sandwich or something like my body can't cope with trying to digest it and keep me and baby going at the same time. But like you say I'll soon be back to normal!! !atleast OH is back tomorrow and can hopefully take over for a bit, I'm Not holding my breath though!!0

Ive been looking at real nappies i did use them 6 years ago for my youngest but back then we had a laundry service that did them, then it went bust so i ended up with the size 2 nappies which i used and passed on when my daughter was potty trained. Looking to buy newborn to potty kits is expensive way out of my price budget probably going to resort to boots terry nappies and plastic pants though the reviews arent the best.
On a tight budget with bean as i wasnt planning anymore babies after my 3rd then i met and married my OH.Sometimes i like to imagine that im living on the breadline as a single mum with 3 children to feed and clothe, bills to pay and very little time to myself........ then i wake up and realise im a princess with prince charming by my side and a lovely white castle........ oh wait

You might find something different like pasta which has slower releasing carbs might be better than a sandwich. bready yeasty stuff makes me feel bloated and gassy whereas pasta with chicken or tuna, or nuts or couscous or similar is much easier on the tum.
I tend to have a supply of cereal bars in my bag for low sugar moments, my son is diabetic so it is normal for me to have nibbles in my bag anyway.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
