Hiya, ooh claree I love that bag! Gorgeous!! Where's it from? Didn't you already get a pram the other day?
Missymoo where do you live?I've never seen people with Pink Lining ones around my way but don't wanna be common!ha. But i do want a smart girlie one if it's gonna be my constant companion for the next year or so! And hope you're feeling ok, I'm sure baby is fine but it wouldn't harm to ring up to out your mind at ease x0 -
Congratulations abbeybryan and penguin on your new arrivals!
Sorry I've not been on here for ages. My little man took me by surprise by arriving a week early on April 4th (I was sure I'd be overdue). His name is Alexander Charles and he weighed 6lb 7oz at birth (another surprise, based on my fundal height measurements we were expecting an 8lb-er). Most of the clothes we bought for him are far too big and size 1 nappies are a bit on the big large side too (have had escaping poop today!). He has tongue-tie, so we've been having some trouble with feeding and him losing weight, but getting it treated on Tuesday so fingers crossed things will improve. 10 days on it still feels quite weird to be a mummy and not pregnant any more - amazing but weird!0 -
Congratulations big5 xx
Had a few Brixton hicks today but that all, leaking a lot of discharge now and my boobs have started to hurt and leak, think I must be getting close now lol
Went lakeside yesterday , spent too much in the Disney shop and debenhams but I love jasper Conrad and blue zoo clothes, I said I wouldn't go mad but yes I have,
Kids back at school tomrow, really not looking forward to getting up and dressed early0 -
Thanks kayalana and dippydooda, I've kept an eye in movements etc she's been moving fine, so I can relax a bit.
Congratulations big 5.
Dippy I live in east anglia, plenty to be seen here, I've been eyeing up the pacapods as they look nice or sweet jack but it's choosing and wondering if I can persuade OH to part with so much money!!
Am in bed,In the vague hope I might sleep tonight! I need to have a good tidy up and could do with gettin the car cleaned tomorrow as we're going to pick up OH first thing Tues. he's going to notice a huge difference in me, mostly due to the fact I now resemble a very large hippo!!! Nevermind!0 -
claretsgirl - hope you are ok xx
Am officially now overdueHave had stern words with Mini P but he is clearly taking no notice :rotfl:
I have an induction booked in for the 23rd and MW wants to sweep me on Tuesday but I will be refusing.
Just gotta wait now!
Hope everyone is feeling ok xxx0 -

My toddler fell over outside and hurt his mouth so I laid him down to have a look and he went mad and really kicked me hard in the stomach, enough for me to really wince, now I'm not usually a huge worrier about every little thing but I'm huge at 34 weeks an it feels like baby is really tightly squished in so I'm worried it might have caused some damage? She's moved since and there's no blood or anything. Should I be concerned or ring someone?
By the way my toddler is fine, cried for two minutes, back on his feet an running around so can't have hurt himself much!
Unless you have pain or bleeding or no movements or lose fluid which might be your waters breaking I'd not bother.. I am regularly jumped on, kicked, pounced, crash into things, fall down the stairs, walk into things etc and I haven't injured any of mine yet. I banged my tum so hard a few weeks ago the bruise has just gone and the graze healed. It is practically impossible to hurt an occupant. They grow in there for a reason.. it is the safest most protected place on the body to grow a person.
I've been in minor car accidents while pregnant with 4 of mine and other than damage to me the babies have all been fine.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -

All I can say on that front is - I was 10 days late as a baby (waited to appear on pay day) and my brother came late as well... yet my girls - one came at 33 weeks and one just squeaked into being a 36 weeker!Little miracle born April 2012, 33 weeks gestation and a little toughie!0 -

It's a river island one! £55 which I wouldn't normally pay for a bag but I'd be spending that much on a pram bag anyway....
I got a pram off ebay but it's really big/heavy so we're going to use that as a spare for my mums or if we go walks off road etc.
Congrats big 5! Such a lovely name x
