Evening ladies
how are we all today?
Mrs_B, sorry for your loss and hope that baby puts in an appearance soon x
missty, hope that the metformin is starting to work for you and your readings are stabilising.
Queen - Yay for the nursery wall drying out and fingers crossed you can get it sorted ready for baby.
dizzi, you sound very organised with your pushchairs; I've decided not to get one as can't see how it will fit in with my lifestyle, but we'll have to see how things go once baby has arrived. Also, YAY for the support from your midwife and the plan that is being put in place - that sounds really, really positive!
Just want a house - Yay for getting your new carpet in; I do love the smell of a new carpet, don't you? It is lovely seeing the nursery come together - so exciting and sounds a little mad I guess, but it made it that much more real for me.
Chonorla, well done on getting your dissertation title agreed and for having a plan in place regarding your masters.
Mood swings seem to be part and parcel of this pregnancy malarky... I'm usually quite calm and level in mood; but I find I get irritated and moody so quickly these past few months. Certainly not a pregnancy side-effect I'll miss! But am glad to know it's commonplace; ditto with the snoring
I had my 28 week check up with the consultant yesterday and baby was back in breech for the scan and hid his/her face most of the scan but all measurements are good and baby is growing as it should be. Just as she was finishing off baby showed it's face so got a lovely profile pic for OH who couldn't get off work to come with me.
Saw the osteopath today - bonus to find he's also South African so we had a chat about "home" during the session! He does agree I have PGPand assessed my gait/posture before giving me some tips on what I can do to realign myself as it were - my pelvis is tipping down on the right, up on the left and so putting additional pressure on the ligaments over the pubic area hence the pain and feeling like I'll split. So I've some key things to concentrate on when walking to realign myself and then another session in 3 weeks time.
Will have to see how things go over the next few weeks to see if it makes a difference though.
take care ladies, and labour vibes to all the boldies

It's far too quiet on here these last couple of days, I don't have Facebook so don't know if everyone is on there.
Everything arrived from mothercare today, pram car seat crib bedding steriliser! We've just built the crib and now I'm even more excited to have my baby in there! 6 weeks too long I say!Newly Married, not a 2b anymore!! Mum to two wonderful boys!0 -
It has gotten quiet in here Mrshaworth2b. I'm also not on Facebook. I read this thread every day but don't always get to post as find it very tricky on my phone.
Ooh, I can imagine how exciting it was getting your delivery - I was just the same when mine arrived but I've much longer than just six weeks to wait.... all being well I only stop work in 6 weeks. (Can't wait though, only 30 actual days of work til my leave starts)

Hey ladies, quick question.
Do you get a letter sent out re your 20 week scan?
I've got a couple of appt. in my folder but can't remember what they're for as I have to see a consultant and have a gtt.0 -
Congrats morocha!!
There is quite a lot of activity on the Facebook page. I know I've not been brilliant at keeping up on here - just logged on with a bit of late pregnancy insomnia to find myself a boldie - when did that happen??!!0 -
