    My point was not personal to me or you, please do not make it so.

    My advice on the thread was for your benefit. As, based on past experience many will open your thread and not comment on it, specifically because of the way you have written it.

    You want help, concisely document your issue. As it stands, its unlikely to get you help that you clearly are looking for.

    I want people to read it and be warned to record calls with threeuk and have posted a mention on the twitter threeuk all time line and views are coming which counts to me because they will wonder what i have been going on about for some time as tweets well you have to be concise or try to haha.

    Wether comment of not the fact others stressed by the same situation may realise it is not them like I believed going round the bend but the behaviour of the call centres and most viewers may not wish to sign up to comment or perhaps may later, but my story is accurate and desperately long because thats what it has done to me each step and if one person reconsiders how they deal with threeuk it will have been worth it to make my story known.

    No it is not a vent and you are welcome to leave this thread alone and go elsewhere to help someone else who you consider worthy of such help. It needs to be in this forum so others can find it as there are other threads re trouble with cancelling with three and there is an issue with what can I expect from the ombudsman.

    I hope you try to not reply as I dont think you have anything helpful to genuinely add and if you do I can only assume this is getting personal.

    Please leave me alone on this thread poster visidigi.;)

    At the risk of also being flamed, I'm afraid visidigi is right, your post is a complaint and a warning, which belongs in the vent threads.

    I can appreciate you want people to read this, but even I gave up, and I am pretty thorough when it comes to reading posts. The butt of your posts I gather is DON'T USE THEM.

    In your position i would have given up calling them back a long time ago, I would have binned any future bills and awaited my time in court if thats what it took. Prolonging your agony is not helping you, albeit writing these posts may be therapeutic, I cannot imagine many members will read all the posts and like myself, may well have missed out on reading some critical points in which to offer assistance with.

    My advice would be to post in the correct thread and try to keep it brief yet to the point. That way members may be able to offer more helpful advice for you and not get completely lost in what you are trying to ask.

    I predict you will flame this post too, as it is likely not what you want to hear, which may put off many people posting a reply, particularly if the advice offered is not what you want to hear.

    Sorry OP, I did try to read everything you had posted, but like everyone else upto now, I just ended up skipping most of it. ;)

  • Well thank you but I am starting to receive dm's to my twitter account from people who have read the thread and thanked me for doing so. I have an issue with what can I expcect from the ombudsman so say again this thread is in the correct place and I will update it with what the result is, thank you.

    It is not a moan vent and the seperate posts were to try and break up a huge story and I am sure if posted as one I would have got that mentioned too.

    Thankyou for taking the time to look in but please leave this thread in this forum as I intend to update it and ask for help re threeuk have threatened to retract the contracts again If I go through with the ombudsman.

    I feel they have no right to do this as no conditions were in their email to me on saying they were cancelled that I could not carry on my complaint in fact the email arrived to me unexpectedly after the police called.

    Look there is no need for more comments re the lay out of my thread, thank you in any case I appreciate your time and will learn by it, but please just allow this thread to lie and see if some helpful advice re the ombudsman or any other action possible could be suggested, thanks.

    She listened to me and said they could look into it, I will get all letters together, recordings etc.... and let them view what happened and to what extent.

    Will update but feeling more positive :D

    I am genuinely pleased that you are feeling more positive. However, now that you have made contact with the Ombudsman and they have advised you, I can think of no other, better advice anyone here can give you.

    The points made about the length of your posts are valid though. I - and others I guess - are sympathetic to your predicament, but if you want people to help, you need to understand that there is a finite time that MSE members can give to any thread and your multiple posts will have, without any shadow of doubt, turned off a number of pretty expert people on here. I can see that by the number of switched on, regular contributors who have not responded.

    Now, you can turn a blind eye/deaf ear to the comments you have received if you like. That's your right, but you could have made the whole case much, much briefer, but I suspect you are too close to the issue and too emotional currently to put things into perspective.

    Good luck with your complaint - I can see you need to make this a bit of a mission. My advice is still to move on, but you need to do what you need to so, I guess.
