My daughter did not willfully damage her iphone, it is a 3mm personalised initial after all how did she expect to have to hand the phone back in so soon after being given it by her mum??????
Why tell the police I wrote email to you now, did you tell them it was written weeks ago and in mean time you sent dca and threatened me?????

Why do you hint deadlock is retracted as in you need deadlock to go to ombudsman, how can you ignore my email and pick and choose which bit you want and which bit to ignore, what gives you the write to receive email saying I still want to complain for you to discount it, you have no right, I had already said you cannot retract like a sea saw one min and reinstate next this needs the ombudsmans help ???????
I want compensation and you do not see me fit for an apology even after pushing me to near the edge.
THREEUK You disgust me !!!!!!! Your offer of cancellation to me was replied by me saying still going to ombudsman and that you have not put any conditions in the email to me regarding the cancellation this I still have my rights to take this further. YOu have no right to again decided when a person can cancel let it be a contract within consumer rights or official ombudsman compalint ?????
With three uk its Either: their phone service itself gave me no trouble, their store LOVELY, OR: help re call indian call centre and ceo level when told them recorded the calls ABYSMAL !!!!! Too happy to discount customer experience and go into protection lock down mode it seemed to me.
THREEUK need to retrain call centre staff as to that they do have complaints with three, twice told cannot and also that cancellations with a friendly are you sure you want to cancel, rather than what you can get, the sell of the century over and over again is mugging and not fair treatment NO means NO to me, why not your indian call centre !!!!!!

THREEUK should come with a health warning ;-) Not forgetting the police as routine have to inform my doctor etc...now about this when it comes down to them laughing over the change of story by threeuk showing how much they 'care' yep right three you cant even answer why and say the same as told the police!!!!!!
Considering I saw the threat of mall comss act 2008 as a threat also as well I was doing no wrong than to try and make my case heard and if you really had an issue with my tweets as had said dont like my tone, I am sure you would have gone that route had you meant it. Thing is what does a company do when what you state is true? How far can they or are they willing to go? Do they have tapes? I sure do ;-) and am sure that if I didnt it would have been a different story of my word against theres with no way to complain.
Three I wish this to go to the ombudsman as is my right !! You have nowt to fear if I say had exagerated in any way or say was not telling it as it was, but you know I am due an apology.0 -
Well, I managed "War and Peace" when at school, but this has proved to be more of a challenge.
Clearly this is a major issue to you as it has taken you 3 hours into the early morning to write it all up. My advice is to put it in perspective and be glad you are free from them and get on with your life.

So you are one who would let them get away with it for someone like me to have to deal with them and as for sleeping when they care to send DCA letters to you for money you do not owe due to their behaviour, the threat of court tends to make you sleep lightly,sorry, but thanks for your feedback anyway xx:D
The ombudsman gave me a call straight back after reading my detailed email and has been of great help and told me how to complain,perhaps the problem is not enough do complain so they do not know how bad you can be treated ;-)

Hours and hours on the phone, two visits to the store to cancel the bleeping so called offer as promised then still not done.Ceo office saying my experience was not backed up till I mentioned the tapes and the fact the store was aware I was recording as mentioned it on more than one occassion and they were happy with it.
Why does it have to be like this,I did not need the stress and distress,fight or flight simply ;-) How many got the police sent round by threeuk on reason which turned out to totally be exagerated as in they did not care it was weeks and weeks that they got the origianal email, but sure if you count repeated court threats and bills when you owe nothing and are on limited income as care, I do not !

When told them I was going higher I asked them to remove my details so that they could not pass them to third party as the accounts were in dispute, I recorded this.They have no right to them pass my details to MOORCROFT who in the first sentence threaten court not saying may take me to court, but we are taking you to court unless you pay!!!!
Three uk cared so much that they prior to calling the police weeks later sent after me saying in dispute do not pass my details on, they did it any way and had no right to do so. I then had to swiftly despatch MOORCROFT who passed it back to them.
Threeuk are welcome to comment on this thread if they disagree with anything or want to add even.
Those who feel I am just going on and on need to understand this is not resolved yet, they have threatened to retract again, so how long till I get the next court threat whilst I go to the ombudsman, see my point?
Seems more than me need to find forums to say why wont they let me just cancel !!!!!!! NOT FAIR0 -

Well its factual every word and as so distressing to me, it is not going to be lighthearted sorry or quick moan, as in I needed to list the whole saga for me to take in and let others read how long this can go on and how bad they can treat you. If at any point after recording calls and responding/trusting store advice and trying to reason with a company who enjoyed almost cancelling and retracting like a child would behave then I am sorry what else was I suppose to do?
I made the mistake of trusting them on a number of issues and after all why should I not have? Well now I know.
Anyone not had the hastle I and some others have had might think yep it does go on, but there but the grace of god go I as others would say. How do you know you will not experience it next? At that point you may think differently xx0 -

This is in the correct place and the help I need is to know wether I can still persue threeuk with the official ombudsman despite them trying to argue they have withdrawn the deadlock letter.
I did not give them permission to do it and said I felt the need to carry on with the ombudsman and then I get the police at my door, so you see it is a current mobile issue.
If you do not wish to read the post then please just move onto another where you may wish to help, after my distress comments re your opinion of me are not very helpful and therefore not welcomed, so think all you want but please do not trouble to post.
Any advice re the official ombudsman and anyone ever had a dead lock or experience of wether three can withdraw and what my rights are, please post away xx thank you.0
