I have to disagree with you all.
Some of the posts here to this person are obnoxious!
It is obvious OP came for help and states recorded the calls so surely the regulator is best placed to judge what went on,not us.
OP has hinted is clearly vulnerable health wise and has asked for posts which do not attack personally.
You are acting as a mob who knows how upset may be.
Mental health is not an excuse to attack wether the issue OP or not.
Perhaps I should try another forum as my issue was 3 also. I do not need the same treatment as this person.
I work in mental health so can see started to struggle when considered first response was annoyed at presentation of thread.
OP forgive me but I think a good reason to leave this thread is the very responders acting as if to help, they seem only interested in upset you. Leave the thread till have response from regulator if I were you.
Why take delight from someone in Op position. I do hope you leave the thread for the OP as requested and never find yourself under a similar strain.
3 do seem to have many posts stating it is customer service that fails them, they hopefully if come here might get less judgement perhaps?
I have to disagree with you, the majority of posts including my own, were in no way whatsoever attacking the OP or ganging up on them, most of us had simply suggested to post in the relevant thread and to maybe shorten the posts so as us members who were willing to help could help.

The OPs replies however were more a case of flaming. Pretty much like your own post seems to be doing. But as you yourself are also a newbie, am prepared to let it slide, as mistakes happen. ;)

As for OP having depression, its something I was unaware of, maybe OP included it in their posts, but as they were so long I may have missed it, I did confess to OP that I had skipped through their posts as a result of the sheer size of them.

As I am generally a member prepared to read threads thoroughly, that even I could not do so, speaks volumes to me about other members who likewise could not manage it.
Perhaps I should try another forum as my issue was 3 also. I do not need the same treatment as this person.
If your posts are likely to be as complex as the OPs, or just as inflammatory, that maybe a very good idea. Offering some friendly advice, is generally a two way process on MSE. ;)

Sorry OP, but as per the rules of MSE, this is NOT your thread, its an open forum where pretty much any member can post. That we all have no control over what is posted and where (there is no delete this post from my thread option) should be a clue.

If however you find any members posts are abusive or trolling, you are free to click the Report button on their posts and report the abuse. If MSE rule in your favour, such posts will be deleted for you.

Feel free to read the Forum Rules or Etiquette available on the banner atop this very page for further information. ;)

If the OP really thought the regulator was best placed to judge, the posts on page one weren't necessary until they have made their decision. Then it would have been useful to other people.
OP has hinted is clearly vulnerable health wise and has asked for posts which do not attack personally.
Why has the OP seen fit to broadcast their personal health conditions on a public forum?
You are acting as a mob who knows how upset may be.
Mental health is not an excuse to attack wether the issue OP or not.
I completely agree it's not right to attack someone because of their depression, but at the same time if the OPs depression had not been broadcast on a public forum, no one would have known and no one could then link their previous posts to their depression could they?
Perhaps I should try another forum as my issue was 3 also. I do not need the same treatment as this person.
Start a thread if you've got a problem with Three, people will be happy to help as long as you keep things concise and to the point.
OP forgive me but I think a good reason to leave this thread is the very responders acting as if to help, they seem only interested in upset you.
What are you basing that on?
Leave the thread till have response from regulator if I were you.
Good idea. Probably would have made more sense if the OP had waited until the verdict from the Ombudsman and then posted the outcome along with some background information.
Why take delight from someone in Op position.
    Who's taken delight?
I do hope you leave the thread for the OP as requested and never find yourself under a similar strain.
The OP can't start a thread and then expect people to tell them what they want to hear.
3 do seem to have many posts stating it is customer service that fails them, they hopefully if come here might get less judgement perhaps?
All the networks have plenty of posts and threads complaining about their customer service, Three aren't alone there.

For this many call centre agents to hang up the phone mid conversation suggests irrational behaviour on the phone. People don't hang up on friendly customers.

Actually, from other threads and my own experiences, Offshore call centres DO hang up on you at times even if you are politeness itself, and Three have a reputation for being one of the worst.

There are many, many threads on here confirming that they just will NOT allow, for example, cancellation of a contract when it is over without long, long attempts to get you to renew and if you are resolute, they hang up on you.

Well, I HAVE read all the posts and in the nicest possible way I have to say to the OP that your health issues are quite clearly causing you to approach this problem in an ineffective fashion.

The kindest advice I can give is to hand this problem over to a trusted friend or colleague. Who can look at this with a clear head and logical mind. My very best wishes to you .

I agree and Bingo depression is not something to apologise over, anyone for example me would want to scream after reading your story. Post above quoted is first that has attempted to genuinely reply.I hope MSE look into such poor attacks!

I am not having that !

The early post on here - mine included - attempted to help a newbie by suggesting that they would have much more success and help if they posted a much briefer post. The first few responders' posts were clearly meant to be helpful.

Suggesting a better way to make a point and being able to put a case that is coherent, concentrates on the important - not minutiae, is not knocking the OP. In fact, she had some pretty fair complaints which were obscured by the waffle that surrounded the posts.

Is anyone really suggesting that a tome the length of the posts that made up the tale here would actually be read in depth by either the CEO of Three or, indeed, the Ombudsman and, if they did plough through it, they would really take in what the real complaint was that warranted compensation? It is just WRONG to encourage the OP to continue in the current vein if any form of further success is to be achieved.

These remarks are for the last few contributors who have chosen to knock those who made perfectly sensible and relevant comments about what must be close to the record for an opening series of posts that made up the thread.

Now, for the OP's attention. As others have said, this is an open forum, Although you opened a thread, it isn't exclusively "yours", not is it limited to those people who say the things you want to hear. That isn't how any forum works. I agree that you have every right to be treated with respect and, particularly as a new member, not have nasty responses, but people who see things differently and less subjectively are not banned from posting their views just because they don't give you 100% support as you may feel you want.

If you are not able to recognise that not everyone will see things the way you do and get further distressed if anyone has a different opinion, then you should really consider whether posting on an open forum is really a good idea for you in future. I would genuinely not want to add to your depression, but if polite yet contradictory posts are going to upset you, then I would not expose myself, if I were in your position, to that possibility.

The alternative, of course, is to engage with those of different views in a constructive way and give some thought as to whether they actually have a point. In this thread, the advice about brevity is a no-brainer and, despite this post being over-long, you really should take it on board if you want helpful advice or support or, as suggested much earlier, take it to the "Vents" board.
  • Yada yada yada guys dad move on I have zzzzzzzz.

    Update from caring threeuk:

After having the accounts in dispute and me swiftly getting moorcroft to back off due to going to ombudsman and three had no right to pass on my data. Caring three past the data to credit solutions !!!!!!!!

Rung them to check it was not simply sent and delayed so that perhaps was over site but no, three sent the data only seven days ago.

This company seems to not give a hoot about anyone, so conerned to send the police which I can prove was out of order no matter wether a few readers think I am due a white padded jacket, I am not. So caring they then pass you to another dca which says it all, they cant help bullying and dont give a flying fig if their actions cause distress.

Credit solutions have confirmed it is now closed, but three have no right to pass data around in such a way whilst account is being looked at by the ombudsman.
