One thing I have learnt that is productive is whilst no heads are likely to roll within threeuk over one ombudsman case helped hopefully to resolution. The cases do add up. I have been told when they get enough similar complaints they can act.
So my stating the issues with cancellation re phones repeatedly slammed down if do not agree to a new deal or contract when simply have rung up to cancel something, I have confidence they will have heard of this before and the more and more people who report it to the ombudsman the better and that way something could be done.
So my complaint to them will count and thats all that matters and hopefully they can end it for me hastle wise with three as well.
One thing I can prove steadfastly is the attitude problem was with the ceo rep who dealt with my case, how? Some seem sure it is me. Well true call simply did its job and I can hand the tapes soon over to the ombudsman and my hard work getting them to see sense will also show through in my efforts re him and the store.
Thats why I say with mobile companies record your calls, you can show you are not the one out of order or nut haha :-) Nicki new I was recording and recorded calls I might try and get my son to put him on you tube, you could listen for yourself then and make up your own mind, who knows xx0 -

My whole issue really slimmed down is for no reason other than catching three uk by recording the calls,showing disgusting customer service,that rather than make any attempt to apologise genuinely and resolve they have bullied me and made it worse. You could really sum it up by when you go to deadlock re a complaint and are dealing with the ombudsman,3 have no right to pass my details to within one month in my case THREE DIFF DCA's threatening me with court, when after all the ombudsman would decided on wether my experience was as bad as I stated.
3 made it worse and had no real care for fact I had told them I couldnt deal with the strain and was already poorly and please respect my wishes to not harass me with dca's till ombudsman resolved.
They totally ignore my request and then when mentioned ombdudsman complaint issued they called the police the following day !!!!!!! When any genuine concerns would have been prior to that relating to the email.
Their actions from trying to cancel repeatedly something I did not really intend to by but was told was easy to cancel, to their having no regard that the true experience of cancelling was more akin to mugging and their reaction to that showed how little they cared for their customers.
Today C.A.R.S also sent me a threat for money and if not paid court, I had to ring she then went into how was I going to pay before then saying oh its cancelled. They were instructed 6/7 and what did three expect these three threatening letters would do to me when already told them stressed.
They should have left me alone, simples and regulator decide.
I show no attitude problem on the tapes, just on call three you can hear me basically begging them to just cancel please, sounds quite pathetic actually and the phone is slammed down on me. Now how is that my fault? It is not, its routine(my opinion /experience) for threeuk cancellations dept I would say re mobile bband at least. CEO office says not aware they are doing this and does not really think they do, so if they do it to you, the more who complain or if necessary go to ombudsman the more record of it there will be. Who knows perhaps three ceo office could have a discrete word with them,sorted if they really care.
If just one person who is happy using three decides to record their calls with them or any other mobile company to protect themselves in case of such issues, then I have done something positive.
Summed up three are great till you see their nasty side.Lets hope you dont have to because they are letting themselves down when have a good service otherwise network wise xx:D0 -

To be honest dont know,have to return the forms and wait and happy to update when time comes. They explained to me so I understand one such case does not bring about change, but they add up and the more they hear of similar issue, the more that is likely to be done in the end.
So I will get some sort of closure and if more rather than let the companies walk over them thinking they must have done something wrong just feeling agrieved at the treatment, the more will get done in the long term.
At least will know will have done what can.Friend has suggested free appt with solicitor re the letters I have been sent from three. In that to state we did this and that when did not and I can prove the harassment then I may have a case. But saying that the solicitor would decide wether it is worth the stress for me wether likely to get positive result.
Three cannot excuse referring me to within one month to three dca's when arguing they were concerned for my health, when the cause of my stress can be proved by the tapes, most of which they are aware I was recording at the time.
I even have one tape of three staff stating how annoying they find the call centres repeatedly calling them at home and even when say look I work for three they still call again and again. Now if can be proven annoy their own staff my tapes can prove the likliehood of such treatment I had as stressful harassing by withdrawing my right to cancel by keep sticking the phone down on me unless agree to something else.
Have to say the problem I had was relating to the cancellation dept of the mobile bband only, so one can hope the phone depts are different.
Police are willing to put in writing why they came to my house on what exact basis and I will be able to show how three when I asked how is it acceptable to harass on one hand and yet claim to be concerned, they do not answer!!! I feel I can prove it was more bullying wise by a big company peed off I dared record them at it.
Now it might come to nothing and I might be happy with ombudsman findings so no need for court, but keeping options open. People have sued over less. I feel a full and frank apology is the minimum they owe me and they cant be arsed to give that.
We will see and of course I have to remember I am not to get too stressed over it now, the contracts are cancelled so no men are likely to turn up at my house as the dca letters implied.
Caring does not mean threat with court and visits to the house of someone not well. I think three have egg on their faces as bit by bit I will get there xx

just re read all your posts. let me get this right, you are saying the phone was put down on you several times and three felt the need to contact the police about you.
correct me if im wrong but does that not raise alarm bells? no company would go to all that effort unless you had done something majorly wrong. in my opinion i personally would not have gone to the ombudsman.
do three not have to not have to come back with evidence to support them. surely if this is such a big issue that they contacted the police theyll have lots of documented evidence to support them? looking at your twitter you seem to be taking a personal attack to three and getting out of control with your constant tweeting. reading how three have reported customers for constant spamming on twiiter im simply amazed theyve let you get away with so much.
i hope in a way you manage to get things sorted once and for all as it cant be doing your health any good. surely some self control needs to come in and take a step behind. it looks embarassing for yourself to be honest.

No advice has been requested it is merely just a record of your experience and thoughts on Three and as such is more suited to the vents page. Now your issue is with the ombudsman I would advise to let go and wait for their response. I would also personally suggest toning down how many comments you are posting about Three on twitter. Not that I don't think you're entitled to your opinion I just feel that the people operating the twitter page are there to assist customers, many of whom are happy, resolve other issues. You are no longer their customer so it appears as no more than spam. As a network I can't stand Three but being honest I feel for the people dealing with this. 20 posts a day on twitter can be seen as OTT. Good luck with the ombudsman.0

Having read most of this thread, I am quite surprised that there are so many people wishing to 'file/Dis/attack/make mental health judgements ' about a simple thread where someone has been bullied by Three UK. If you have not been in this position you can not possibly understand how it feels. have, and I know how it can really make you see red.
I cannot wait to get Three out of my life and far away from my door. They have been useless and disgusting with their service overall.
I would not have read this thread if it had not been under mobile phones etc but tucked away in the Vent area (god knows where that is - as I am fairly new here and have a life to o busy to spend hours on here.
I am glad this thread was written (albeit in a mad and random way - that is what you can be driven too by the way!)
So good luck and I hope the Ombudsmen actually earns their wage and tells companies like Three Uk that they cannot bully us and take take take. I would definitely see them in court with the press in tow.0 -
