I still don't fully understand what's happening. Is there any chance at all you could put a few bullet points for the main aspects of the problem(s) you have experienced?

It looks like the answer to this is no. :p

    Just to add.....

I didn't read all the posts. I find it amazing how someone can write so many posts (two pages!!!) and it now considered to be spam!

If I received a complaint in my company that was as long as that I doubt I would read all of it.

You should figure out what your issue is, bullet point it or at leat summarise.

I'm with 3 mobile (moved from O2) and have had great service from them.

You attitude stinks by the way, and so many people have tried to help you and you have just bullied them off.

If I ran a network company, I would hope to never have you as a customer! No wonder they are messin you about!

I have a friend who actually worked for 3, and they don't have phones like most of us at home do, it's headsets. With an off switch and on switch and call end switch. No slamming would of actually happened!

My mum used to work in a call centre and when she had angry offensive aggressive callers she had to get management to end the call. Maybe this was just a STW thing but I am sure that you cannot "slam the phone down" in a call centre.:D

Call centres tend to 'slam the phone down' on people who are swearing or aggressive...

I think there is more to this story than first appears (but please god, op do not post any more of the story or I will lose the will to live)

Op, why not just move on and forget about it? You have warned us of the evils of Three, so you can be happy that others may be spared and move on!

It seems like your mental health issues are playing a massive part here, try to deal with them first and hopefully you will be able to see this problem in context.

  • Some of you judgemental posters on here were viscious. I had recorded all the events on true call and at no point was rude of deserving of their treatment of me.

Sometimes what may appear a vent to those in glass houses, maybe true!!!!

Also slammed down is a figure of speach. Call there one min and dead the next without cause from me was what I meant.

We are rid of three uk now and they did not want me to put the recordings on you tube. They gave my daughter the phone and allowed us to change the network which we accepted. I considered putting the recordings on you tube due to posts on here simply dissing me that I must have said something to cause my treetment when I had not in any way.

I just dont appreciate bad service and fight back thats all. I learn when polite and record all aspects and keep being polite but stating your case, you indeed in the end do win and I did.

Dont be so judgemental I was not very well and under the hospital and the situation with three made me very poorly indeed. I am now rid of them.

There but the grace of god go I. Merry xmas.
  • Sometimes people do indeed need to vent, there is nothing wrong with pointing out they are doing that as long as not being nasty that they deserve their own stress.

People deal with stress differently, good on you if it does not affect your health if have such vulnerabilities already.

    Best wishes.
