I am genuinely pleased that you are feeling more positive. However, now that you have made contact with the Ombudsman and they have advised you, I can think of no other, better advice anyone here can give you.

The points made about the length of your posts are valid though. I - and others I guess - are sympathetic to your predicament, but if you want people to help, you need to understand that there is a finite time that MSE members can give to any thread and your multiple posts will have, without any shadow of doubt, turned off a number of pretty expert people on here. I can see that by the number of switched on, regular contributors who have not responded.

Now, you can turn a blind eye/deaf ear to the comments you have received if you like. That's your right, but you could have made the whole case much, much briefer, but I suspect you are too close to the issue and too emotional currently to put things into perspective.

Good luck with your complaint - I can see you need to make this a bit of a mission. My advice is still to move on, but you need to do what you need to so, I guess.

Goodness you cant resist the lecture can you. I have gathered your opinion on my thread but as not doing an a level in it I wont worry too much, it is serving its purpose and people are viewing it and I hope to update it positively at some point where I can finally let go of my bad experience that I am pretty sure plenty others are going through as well. Just dont bother posting to me again please guys dad thanks but no thanks I am getting there step by step, with a very thick skin dealing with the like of threeuk, thanks.

    Well, I tried.

But as you said in another anti-three thread, this is therapy for you and if it works, who am I - or Marleyboy or visidigi - to try to shine the light of reason and reality.

Am taking your advice, though, and leaving you to it as I don't want to disturb you or your therapy further.

The reality is that threeuk are terrible and what better than recording them at it to prove they behaved in an unfair manner;)

Like many people have said your posts are just too long and difficult to read to help. I don't have a clue what your problem is, but I have read your responses to the reasonable replies from the members here, and quite frankly I'm shocked at your attitude. I do wonder if some of the problems you have had with three are linked to this...

If you took the trouble to read all my posts re the issue I am sure anyone would pick up how distressing it was constantly trying to get your consumer rights honored. If after reading this you feel it is my attitude than that is your opinion, but as you have added nothing positive to my posts on my thread I cant see the need to post negatively towards me again. If you dont like what you read, just move on.

I try not to judge people by their first thread, a newbie who has simply it seems made the mistake of giving full disclosure rather than more concise. I read no warnings I would be judged by just replying to those who only wanted to inflame rather than move on. This thread will be seen by many so is worth its purpose for others in same situation but forgive me for thinking on my opening thread to find it such an unfriendly experience.:o

Please record all calls with and to threeuk, you may need it. The recordings of the calls I have between me and three shows whos attitude was askew, I have the benefit of relistening myself and it sure is not me just repeatedly saying 'please cancel' time and time again.

    Thank you for your feedback.

The highlighted part is the problem, it is just too difficult. You have an entire page of very long posts explaining your problem. No one is going to read them in the detail they require. I would seriously edit post one of this thread and give a brief (but as detailed as possible) account of the problem, maybe even bullet point the main issues/points. People here will then be able to help much easier.

We're not trying to flame you, simply trying to make it as easy as possible to help.

It seems as a newbie I was not aware that my thread and attitude could be pulled apart just for asking to be left alone to my mission.

I accept the thread goes on but up to you if you read it.
If you decided its too long then please just move on and dont judge me if not read fully.
Sorry if my thread is not the norm but i genuinely thought this was a good site to get it viewed and seek help as to what the ombudsman could and could not do, as it is I got it from them directly.

I would say again my thread started off nicely and politely and showing how patient I was with three even through initial sim error and getting the store to cancel for me. It is not my fault threeuk were still incompetant and my attitude has been nothing other than politely insisting they help me and using twitter and email to make my cause heard.

I do wonder how many newbies viewing the thread today after reading some of the comments to me would perhaps view this forum as a little unfriendly. Salt into wound comes to mind, I asked for help not a lecture, but thanks all the same we shall see what happens.:)

Bet threeuk are delighted I am getting a battering here, they probably are in glee that you hint my attitude could be part of the problem for daring to ask non positive posters to leave me alone. All I asked of threeuk was to leave me alone and cancel my contract they chose not to and as a sufferer of major depression I hope you can understand this is a big upsetting experience for me, my attitude has been fight or flight and I have fought, but been polite.

Do you get more respect for giving in and letting big companies walk over you time and time again, perhaps you do in this day and age:cool:

I am losing my faith in human kind.

Please understand that myself or anyone else here are not "battering" you, we're simply trying to get the important elements of your very long posts so that we can help as much as possible.

And I don't understand where "letting big companies walk over you time and time again, perhaps you do in this day and age" came from??

I like 3UK. I have been with them for a couple of years for both mobile broadband and phone. I have rung their call centres a few times with no problems and for example when my bill was wrong the staff have been extremely helpful courteous and sorted out things immediately on my first call.

Well thank you for confirming your ignorance 'sfry'. Three acted weeks after the email and changed their story so it was not relevant. How nasty are you posting such comments especially when asked such posters to decline.

For your information major depression does not mean insane and I am fully sane aware of my weaknesses but foolish to realise time and time again others troll and enjoy to gloat in the ripping apart of others.

AS your post says 'your farts hospitalize small children' But your words are cruel enough to hurt an adult, thank you for your insensitive cruel comment, there but the grace of god go you, karma

Please stop attacking me personally does this site stand for that?
