My laptop was in hibernation from last night and as I never actually logged off it may have appeared like I had logged on when I was actually logging off.

wow - how about an update for all those whom offered support and advice?

Maybe the poster means fortunate in that the son and daughter will never end up dating? I have a half brother I've never met and my mum made a point of asking my husband's age when I first met him as he has the same name as my half brother did.

    I'm obviously getting tired - I could have sworn I read "I have half a brother..." :D

Oh my lordie - I need to go home and get my tea!

Darling, she might want to do a lot of things while she's very upset and angry but you're her best friend so you should do everything you can to prevent her doing something she may regret later. Like buying a gun.

I'm glad that she had her own suspicions and that being the bearer of bad tidings won't affect your friendship. She's going to need a really good friend for a while.....

Last night when my friend came over before I had a chance to say anything she asked me if I thought **** was having an affair?

She found a hidden mobile and had being reading the text ect for the last couple of weeks.

Anyway without going into great detail, I told her what I had witnessed and she was very very upset crying and making lots of noise I just held her.

She asked me if I knew who the other woman was and when I told her yes she hit the roof, I was really concerned that she might do something silly so I told her she was to stay with me until the morning.

We was up until late/early hours talking, crying drinking tea ect.

She wants to catch him in the act but I have told her to leave it for now and concentrate on the baby.

Unless she makes a habit of staying out all night her husband will know the game is up. She is unlikely now to catch him in the act.

Did you speak to your colleague?

Your right, but I was more worried as she was implying doing something to harm herself. Hopefully it was just anger talk.
It's better to regret something I did do than to regret something that I didn’t. :EasterBun

It's him that stays out all night looking after his sick mum, so he says

Well, the filthy toe-rag knows he's toast at home with his wife now, so where do we all think he's likely be going so he can be "caught in the act"? That's right! Straight round to the "fiancee's"

As for my colleague, when I got in work I asked her if she could come to my office when she finished lunch as I wanted a quick word.

And I was really take back by her reaction, she was swearing, calling me a liar, am jelous ect.

I'm not really surprised that her initial reaction was complete disbelief. That would be the reaction of most normal people, I expect

that could have come from your best friend as well, its not an unheard of reaction to being told your fiance is already married and about to become a father to another child.
