you cant be serious rizla  any woman with an ounce of self esteem would kick a guy to the kerb who came out with that nonsence, goodness grief have we really gone back to caveman styleHi Greg,
Glad to see that you are still reading this after all of the criticism and attacks on your person.
If you would LIKE this to work then how about trying to make her jealous of you?
Talk about the girl in the office that made a pass at you (Laughing it off).
Make her realise that she is under threat of losing you.
Perhaps that'll make he pull her socks up.
From what I read (And I have first hand experience of being trapped in a relationship) you NEED to get out.
(My OH went from 7 1/2 stone size 10/12 to size 18 but only after giving me three lovely children. I had to be a father to them regardless of the fact that I found my OH quite repulsive. I was trapped. I made up for it by straying once or 14 times and that kept me sane but consequently the relationship ended and it was a HUGE relief for both of us. We are both MUCH happier now and neither blames the other.)
Not that I condone it but how about making yourself bankrupt. It gets you away from the pressure of HAVING to stay and, perhaps ruining the rest of your life.
You only get one stab at it remember.
If you do go down this route, forget having a mortgage - you will have to continue renting - but this seems the way for most young folk today anyway.
You have put yourself in debt for her and lived HER life for many years in HER dads house.
All I can say is that you owe this tub of lard nothing but you owe yourself every opportunity to be happy.
BTW. Ignore the personal 'Slagging off' type comments on here.
Good luck, anyway.

must say this has been one of the mildest troll posts I have seen in a while :rotfl:0

grex80, you might as well ignore all the posts by females in this thread. Obviously too many bitter, men-hating women with an axe to grind.
Life isn't a dress rehearsal and you'll be much older and much unhappier before you know it if you don't do something soon.
You're only 27, which is still just a kid, so there's no point feeling trapped in a loveless relationship, just because she loves you. If you don't love her, get out now and give both of you a chance to move on.
It'll be difficult for while, but worth it in the end.
On the other hand, if you can convince her to shift a few stones, you might want to give her a second chance!

All of them? I certainly don't hate men, and I'm not bitter about anything, but I am somewhat disappointed by some of the posts which demonstrate an unhealthy attitude towards women.I am not stubborn. I am merely correct.0 -
It's the blokes who sound bitter on this thread, sounds like they are all regretting having ever got married, almost telling the OP to run, run for his life, feel the wind in his hair and go find himself... lol
Or perhaps they've all been watching City Slickers. If you're going to stalk me, while you're at it can you cut the grass, feed the dog & make sure I've got bread & milk in

I really feel that you're now in this relationship out of habit rather than love and if your girlfriend isn't prepared to sit down and have a serious talk with you about how the situation might change you would be well out of it. She's apparently made her life decisions. She's got you (so she thinks !) so no longer has to make any effort with her appearance or give you any affection. The last thing you need at this point is a resumption of sexual relations, possibly resulting in a baby arriving which will trap you further. Is there any way you could take on an additional job to pay off your debts more quickly, or move into a bed sitter? Review your budget to see if any unnecessary expenditure can be cut out. Do you have any friends who would be prepared to take you in as a lodger while you sort your debts out? You sound as if you're on a train to nowhere and if you don't take some uncomfortable positive steps to sort yourself out, you will suddenly discover you have reached 55, still be stuck with her and looking back regretfully at how you could have taken control of your life and done things differently.0

Well I didn't honestly expect a woman to agree with those suggestions but that's not to say that they dont have substance.:)
And I do speak with first hand experience in these matters. Do You?
This is not about being 'Correct' - this is about dealing with a real life situation.
