What makes you think that? And secondly, if tht does happen what happens to our missing money!?

You money is still intact, it's a computer error that's all. Best to ignore scaremongers who do their best to upset and worry people. :)

As its fixed, Any automated credit done from now on (i.e this evening like my child benefit does tonight) will show tomorrow

otherwise they would have a constant back log if they process the missing stuff first

Thanks for that, it's what I thought, but I am known for my simplicity haha so thought I would check!

I'll tell him not to worry then

So, if you get paid on Monday 25th like quite a few people do , you will get your money like normal?

If its fixed like they say it is then yes

as ive said otherwise they will be constantly catching up

so what they will most probably do is do the normal run tonight and do the missing ones in extra batches over next few days as well to cath up

if stuff from now on doesnt auto-show then they havent fixed it and this will go on and on and on

From what I can gether it'll be business as usual for anything generated after the fix, those that are delayed will be waiting a bit longer

I'm technically paid on Monday but the money is always available to me on the preceding Saturday. Typically I have a big weekend planned this weekend so shall be holding my breath until Saturday morning -Ho-hum.

Surely it must be fixed if this is what they're telling people? It's so public and on such a large scale that if it were to leak out that they were lying it would be really damaging?

  • the problem itself might be fixed but there must be thousands and thosands of transactions that have to be re done, maybe this is what is taking time?
But considering it is fixed, why can branches still not see any account details / balances etc ? This is true as of an hour ago as I was in branch .

The interview at 1pm said they believe it has been resolved, but that they are checking the systems over the weekend before they give a definite yes to the question.
