Hi there,
Just wondering if anyone has had any problems with money going into their natwest accounts this morning??? My husbands wages havent went into his account today and they are always in every Thursday. TIA Starting the new year in a good way cooking baby sharkeybabe no2:j:j0 -
A Faster payment was made to my Natwest account earlier this morning, which was supposed to reach my account within 2 hours according to the message which came up when the payment was made. It's more than 4 hours now and the transaction is still missing and customer services have no clue.
I would be closing my Natwest account today as soon as I receive my payment. Too unpredictable.0 -
Thanks Zen, we will both be doing the same thing tbh. I called customer service and they said there were no problems. my hubby is now at work so he can sort it out with his wages department however i suspect that it is the banks fault and not his accounts department. Starting the new year in a good way cooking baby sharkeybabe no2:j:j0

Twenty Pound 'Incident' payment made into my bank today...this is gonna cost them millions!
So if you live in the country & have to travel to your nearest branch that is open, say a thirty mile trip each way,& have to do this three times, then this twenty quid will barely cover your petrol!

It will reimburse all of what it terms "reasonable out-of-pocket expenses" resulting from the major disruption which affected thousands of customers.
It will be refunding charges placed on people's accounts in error.
Customers will receive £20 if they visited the bank from 19 June - 18 July and made a transaction.
This is a payment for inconvenience caused.
Others who were inconvenienced but did not visit the bank during that period are being urged to contact their local branch and explain how they were affected.0 -
