Natwest Technical Issues

The Natwest online banking login seems to be down this morning (11:30am) - suspect overloaded by customers trying to check balances. Natwest mobile phone app on Android is working though. Can now see my wages and some DDs going out.

On Friday I managed to get £300 out of the branch. At first they said they could only give me £100, but after I kicked off they upped it to £300.

If you click on "further information" just under the standard apology message on the home page, it takes you to a list of FAQs

If you click on the " I need access to cash" question, there is a further link that shows you all RBS branches that are open today

It seems that the media are not showing a huge amount of interest in this which is strange as this must be having an impact on a vast amount of people in the UK. I am certainly more interested in this than most other current newsworthy events as it is directly affecting me.

i couldn't agree more.
All Stephen Hester has done is given a statement pretty
much the same as Susan Allen gave the other day.

The news channels should have been grilling them with
questions that we want answered.

This obviously hasn't happened really poor show.
