So seems Natwest is sorted, Any RBS or Ulsterbank customers seeing any movement in their accounts? Nothing here.

I don't know how you are with computers but try doing a disk cleanup and defragment then restart.

Also unplug your modem breifly to reset it.

That usually gets shot of that message for me.

Thanks for the suggestions :), unfortunately still no joy!

Have people who can't access the site at all done a cache refresh?

Thanks guys! I tried clearing cache & cookies, resetting my router and turing the computer off & back on again and I now have access! :) Whether any of those things did it (which I've never had to do before), or it's just freed up, who know's, but at least I can now check my acccount. Cheers!

  • The thing is i've heard that due to the "glitch" a lot of employers
who bank with RBS/Natwest still have had no money taken
from their accounts the last few days to pay workers.

So if that is the case then it would be impossible for
employees to be paid until Natwest take the funds from the
    employer.

It could be another 3-4 days before some non-RBS/Natwest customers see their wages.

P.S.My employer has told me funds have been taken from
their account i hope that's the case.

Yes we have been told the same thing, our soliciter has said the money has gone out of his natwest account but not yet in my lloyds so hoping that its just stuck somewher!

I was lucky enough to get paid the day before 'the glitch' and had transferred my monthly spends to bos. I have noticed that as of yet, the only payment to have left my account is a pound for the lottery syndicate at work. All other DDs are sitting happily in my account. I bank with RBS

If you go to the RBS website there's a full and comprehensive list of all branches that are open today.

Id also think that the huge volumes of people trying to access online banking is causing as much problems as the technical issues.

where is thi list, cos i muct be blind, cos i cant see it.
Promo codes are never always cheaper..... isnt that right EuropCar?
