I was conned too, was going to close my account and open another or get a new card, my bank [natwest] said no need to do that, they would keep a watch on my account as they already knew about this scam, a new card would not stop them as some banks let money go out on the old card no,
I was refunded the first lot £60 they took out, not taken any since
Also its rubbish stuff, i have come out in big spots since trying it, never had a spot in my life before0 -
What's funny is how in the before and after examples on their site, they've photoshopped the model so far into oblivion she looks barely human. This page may contained simulated imagery and/or manipulated graphics. Yeah - and indeed what I meant was that the doctoring of the images is so obvious that people shouldn't be falling for it.0 -
But as we know....
People only see one thing with these sites....
FREE
Everything that happens after that is not their fault.Never ASSUME anything its makes a>>> A55 of U & ME <<<0 -
I was 'conned' by these 'people' and I'm usually very careful. Via what I thought was a clinique site I clicked for some free samples - and it DID say free samples - I've been back to check. However it turns out that it's a free trial which they refused to cancel minutes later - which I find rather surprising. One email says they couldn't stop posting another says they arn't there 24/7. Well I can only surmise that as soon as I clicked on the button they ran out the door to post it. It arrived and why anyone would ever want to even open it is beyond me - THERE IS MOULD INSIDE THE PLASTIC. Yuck, the plastic wrapper will not be breached, they can have it back with pleasure. I'll fulfill the t&c and post to Israel - with proof of posting. My bank have been marvelous, they called immediately to check before payment for postage was taken out and advised reading T&C, bless them, I'm keeping all emails I've sent (and their replies :rotfl: ) and proof of posting ect I've also taken pics of the package I received - with the mould. I've also written to Clinique just to make them aware someone is using their pics etc.0

That address in Israel does not exist so I've heard. I sent them a letter saying I am allergic to their products and they have not replied, that was over 2 weeks ago. I didn't get anywhere when I sent emails to Dead sea kit email address so I thought I'd send a letter to the top. I am still trying to get someone to address this matter and do something about this scam company, it seems to have gone quiet now on this site. Perhaps no-one else is getting duped. I hope it is the end of them and their nasty little beauty scam.0

Well I can't understand why the emails didn't work because there is definitely someone at the other end - they are sending me plenty - everything from offers to trying to get out of accepting the proof of posting - if they put the same effort into doing an honest job they would be rich (er). Maybe you could try the Collagenta Serum email address ( since they are the same people ) and see if there is someone there who will deal with customers.
I noticed someone saying the Israel address doesn't exist - maybe there is a mountain of mouldy gunk somewhere.....0 -
Hallo everyone. There seems to be conflicting information regards cancellation of card details given to deadseakit.com and whether they can still debit an account via a new card number. My bank has advised that a debit can not happen in any circumstances once a card has been cancelled. I have also been caught out with this company and I am not a fool in the least. On the evening in question my glasses were broken and I could not read the T&C; not that this in an excuse. This company attached itself to a legitimate company offering trail testing of products via UK based companies. I could just about make out the London address. However, I realised when the product arrived it was bogus as a consequence of lack of company information with the product. Research led me to realise the company is globally viral in so far as they use questionable manipulative deceptive selling techniques. However I did inform the company that I was cancelling all and any contracts I had entered into with them and I cancelled the card I had given them access to. The response was that I was to return the product to Israel or pay a reduced amount to prevent expense and inconvenience. I will NOT pay this company another penny on a point of principle. They have received P&P from my account thus far. I have now informed them that they have two options; either to agree that I can return the product to the London based address it was dispatched from or collect it from my address themselves. If neither is forthcoming then it will be dispatched by myself where it belongs in the dustbin. I have since spoken to another bank advisor and again it has been confirmed that UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE CAN THIS COMPANY DEBIT A CANCELLED CARD. That, as far as I am concerned is the end of the matter.:beer:0

Unfortunately it isn't the end for me. I had money taken out of my account for the so-called beauty products. I told the company by email lots of times that I had an allergic reaction to their products, not knowing what is in their jars of goo is very disturbing. I said I wanted a refund and they said that I could have their products at half price, unfortunately I had the dead sea kit and collagenta. I said no thanks, what good is that, I CAN USE THEM as I'm allergic to them. This is the best bit, they said return them if they haven't been used, well of course I've tried them out otherwise how would I have an allergic reaction. I told them my bank was trying to get chargeback from them. They said I was committing fraud and would be blacklisted. I said they were a scam company with a false address in Israel and no London one either to speak of. I have written a letter to Israel demanding a refund but of course no reply from a bogus address. I have written to my local MP about this company and he has got in touch with the Trading Standards Service. I should be hearing from them soon. At least the Dead Sea company don't seem to be advertising themselves on Facebooks anymore and Boots are not advertising them any more after they had complaints from customers who have been duped. The advertised a lot using different names for their Beauty products. They must have had thousands of pounds from gullible customers!0

Do you have proof of that?
Or are you just spouting rubbish like some other posters on this thread?0
