Guess what? Someone who disagrees with you or has not had the same experience as you is not automatically a troll.
Now, if you'll excuse me, I've got some UNSELE business to take care of.
i doubt it also why reply and also once again it's peoples rudeness which is annoying. byeeeee0 -

Having just read the whole thread, what I find annoying is people who spout rubbish and then refuse to admit they are wrong when evidence to the contrary is presented to them and instead start accusing people of being trolls, just because they don't like the answer.
Seems like you need to grow up a little.0 -
OP, have you considered appearing on Jeremy Kyle ? You seem to be the sort of person he likes to help. Maybe he could stop these nasty companies from making people buy their stuff ?0

So you are still so deluded that you think that is the reason.joannetinoco wrote: »i only went in bank 3 days ago to make them aware of that company
So in 3 days, the company have failed to take moneyjoannetinoco wrote: »also my bank will inform me if they try.
Have your bank informed you that the company tried to take money?
It would appear that for some reason the company hasn't applied for the money - perhaps they took pity on you because they recognised your stupidity.0 -
thanks for all the infomation, this company seems to be popping up all over under different headings is now again on facebook under imaculate health and when you click on it takes you to smart consumer living which is again pushing the free trial, and when you click on t&c it takes you to the purchase page . the same format is used .0

I've been fighting with them for a refund since Feb and getting nowhere. I've threatened them with the small clains court amongst other things but theyare still refusing to refund.
I returned the products to an address previously mentioned on here, in Rugby. Provided them with proof of return and they still wont issue a refund because I 'tried' the products and to get e refund you have to return the 'stuff' in an unused state! So now I have no products(because I had an allergic reaction) and in debt to the tune of £195.67 and £16 overdraft fee!
All I get is the next in a long line of scripted email answers and passed on to different people who do the same, I too have been offered 'discounts' providing I don't 'dispute' the matter, but no matter what I say to
them...nothing!:mad::mad::mad:0 -
I have also just written to Boots with full details (in as much as we have them) of DS marketing and their games, as this was where I found the link to the product. Under the Boots UK recommends banner. I am sure they will not want such scammers being associated with them.
I found Boots were advertising the deadsea kit on Facebooks so I wrote about the company being a scam and taking people's money and now the advert has gone completely off of Facebooks, so I might add any others like Deadsea only calling their products a different name. So at least that's got rid of them off Facebooks and hopefully it will stop any more customers like ourselves being duped. I have written a letter to the address in Israel to see if I can get any refunds, I had an allergic reaction to their products. I'll keep you all posted.0 -
I have just managed to block delivery from this misleading advert thinking I was paying delivery for free samples from Boots and today I had another posting under "Boots UK" on my Facebook wall.
I think they will persevere by making minor changes. They definitely have not stopped using FB.
The Boots Uk posting claims to be a "fan site" unconnected with Boots. Beware :mad:0 -

Yes I saw that when I was in Facebooks earlier today. I wrote on it again saying it was a sham company and anyone buying the so-called FREE Trial kit will get charged £97 if they don't return the Trial products within 2 weeks.0
