i have just received my application through - for 18 months at 0% with a credit limit of £25000.
I applied within minutes of martins thread and was adv accepted - wait 7-10 days. also put in balance transfer at time of applying.
may be this made a difference to deals offered.bargain babe0 -

For anyone who has had their decision, does the paperwork that comes with credit agreement for either the 6 or 18 month cards mention a BT fee?
I have searched the literature my wife has received and there is no mention of a BT fee that I can see, not to say they might try to charge one mind :rolleyes:0 -

Same here - 18 Months at 0% - in today's post. No credit limit given however. Thus we will have to wait and see what they are going to offer.I applied within minutes of martins thread and was adv accepted - wait 7-10 days. also put in balance transfer at time of applying.
I got the 'wait and see' message however - so this should be of encouragement to those others who did also. I didn't ask for a BT on application as I'd rather be accepted first and know what the credit limit was - and also time any transfer as well as possible......under construction.... My Dad recieved confirmation this morning of the 18th month card.
He applied online at about 6 o'clock on the 22nd, the day the link was posted by Martin. He got the acceptance message straight away online as opposed to the wait for 14 days message.0 -

My husband has just received a letter saying he has been accepted for the 18 month card. Doesn't say what the credit limit will be, but says up to £25000. He originally got the "wait and see" response.
I got the 9 months one a couple of months ago.
Both of us only cancelled our previous Capital One's at the end of the year, and I got more than twice what my credilt limit was then. His was around £6000 before so we are keeping our fingers crossed.0 -

When people say you've been offered a different card - i'd like to know
A. How did you apply by leaflet or the online link. If it was the online link - when was this - as I noted the link was closed at one point and someone posted it elsewhere, yet by that point the site wasn't accepting new apps (which is why i'd deleted the links)
B. Has anyone actually got the card - if so what method was used to apply for it with?
martin
I applied using a leaflet. I still have the leaflet (apart from the application form!) and can find nothing in the 'card details' that says I would be considered for an alternative card if my application for the 18-month 0% BT deal was unsuccessful...0 -
i have just confirmed with customer services that the balance transfer for 18 months 0% is free of charge.bargain babe0

Amazingly I also got the 18 month 0% deal - credit limit says between £1000 and £25000 but I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I'll get the BT I applied for online of £7400. :T
Having said that, I'd even be grateful for £1K and after 3 months I can always apply to have my credit limit increased as BTs are at 0% if you apply any time in that 18 months.
If I get my BT I requested, I just need another one to cover £2000 for a 0% offer that expires at the end of May!!0 -
Well done, i got accepted the first time the 18 mth offer came out, got more credit limit than the BT`s i requested.
You`re limit will be on the paper work the card is issued on, however cap one sometimes complete the BT before it arrives so check bal on other card ( easy if online access)0 -
I also received credit agreement this morning for 18 months. It states there that they won't tell you your limit until they receive the signed agreement. I had put a couple of BTs on application, so let's hope they cover those! Originally applied via Martin's link (thanks Martin), but by the time I got hubbie to bestir himself, the link had closed.0
