  • I cleared my account in December, have over £99 cashback due and am still waiting. I guess that if this was the other way around they would be charging late payment fees and interest. Not much point in talking to Customer Services as they dont seem to know or care what is going on. Its now three weeks since payment should have been made and I am far from impressed.

So basically, what you are saying is that if they decide to do another card in the future with 3% cash back, you are not interested and will not be applying for it?

How terrible, to have to wait a few weeks for your free money.

Pleased to say, like everyone else my cashback has been credited in full without being rounded down. Didn't quite manage the full £100 this year.

Last month I made sure my balance was higher than the expected cashback, and thankfully the cashback has been credited before my payment date at the beginning of March. So I have just made a faster payment to clear the remaining balance and I don't have to wait for a cheque.

Good times. I know some people have had problems with customer services, but I wouldn't hesitate to sign up for another Aquacard if they have such a good cashback deal again. Somehow, I doubt they will!
  • Yes, me too, have had no problems with Aqua: my only gripe was the low credit limit, but who could blame them for that, and that they were often offline.

But very happy with a free £100.

Somehow I think you'll be on your own. Must people don't seem to care about using a card for things they would be buying anyway and getting free cash as a bonus.

Personally, I wasn't expecting any cash back until my anniversary in June, so if it comes before that I'll be a happy bunny :)

Just over £76 credited to my account at some point this weekend.

Is anybody else's account still showing a credit limit? I've read that most now show a zero credit limit (meaning cancelled) but mine is still showing my £1000 limit. I'm overrun with cash back cards at the moment so no desire to attempt to use the Aqua card, just curious.

Ours are both showing full available credit limits, but of course you can't use the card so it's irrelevant.

Mine still says my limit is £250 and available credit is £313 (based on the cashback credit made on Friday).
